This was an older trailer then previously used . This wasn’t a pick up issue , it’s a getting to old of a trailer compared to previously used 5 months ago . First trailer was flawless.

Chris DIt was snowing so it was hard to read where the truck numbers were to find the truck and in the back where the furniture and stuff go there was a piece not bolted down and it kept sliding while trying to move stuff on and off the truck. Not safe because it was a foot in length if not a little bigger. Not only that but it cost more than what it said when you first sign up for it..
BRADLEY DRepresentative was extremely rude and entirely disinterested in finding solutions to obvious sub- standard product. Strongly suggest U-Hall find another agent.
Natalie VVery difficult pick up at location because they were not there. Also found rental extremely expensive for 1 day. Will look for other alternatives since we need a truck every weekend.

bruce aI was pulled over because all trailer lights were not working. I had to buy a portable set just to ensure the safety of myself and others on the road. These trailers are easy maintenance and I find this unacceptable.

KEVINS SDuring the checkout process I left my utility dolly in the 20FT truck not knowing what to do with it and it was dark and no one at the place. I hope that is ok. Other then that great experience.

Rafaele FThe inside of the truck was dirty, at the pick up location there was difficulty unlocking the lock that housed the keys to the truck. Also, there was high level of difficulty accessing a code for the lock.

Trudy MThe tires were of poor quality for winter. They also would not work well with heavy rain. The tires should have better traction for a rental company. That is the only problem, everything else was good.

Joseph NOne of the tires was low on air. The guy knew we were traveling 1500 miles but said it’s no problem. It may need some air. We did stop at a uhaul store and he filled the tire but said the other guy should never have let go out like that.

Greg WI had requested a utility dolly and one was not in the truck. I had to look for one elsewhere and it set us behind in our moving . Wasn't happy about that. Ended up having to rent the truck for another day. Scott Smith towing was very helpful and nice to work with
Dawn HLocation left my mom and me with 3/4 tank of fuel. We used less than a quarter tank approximately 5 to 6 gallons of fuel. They charged us for 10 gallons at $4.47 per gallon when it was $3.39 per gallon. As far as I'm concerned, they stole from my mom by gouging her over 1 dollar per gallon for fuel and then for more than we used. Never again will I use that location.

CHELSEALYNN BThe only complaint I have is when I rent the uhaul say at 4 PM and need it for 3 days it says I have to return it by 4 PM. As long as it's returned prior to midnight it should be counted as the same day. I have used uhaul numerous times in the past they need to extend the hours of return, because at times things happen that prevent people from getting back at the time requested. And also the 10 ft truck should have a ramp as I fell off the back of the truck because no ramp. Something to consider in the future.

TASHAALEXIS Gthe gas gauge was almost on empty. i was concerned that I would not have enough gas to make it to a gas stataion. the person who rented the truck was nice and new her job but she said the gas gauge was between empty and less then a 1/4. It was a hair above empty,

RONNIED JThe receptionist way very accommodating and her office, as well as the truck, were very clean and you could smell the disinfectant. I'm one of those "no-maskers", and I totally respected her fear of this virus. I would definitely recommend this business to others as well as use them again in the future.
