ROBERT MThe truck I rented had (3) plugs for use to charge cell phones. None of the plugs worked. I had a 6.5 hour trip and my phoned charge was depleted during my drive and I had to stop to find a place recharge my phone. This was a waste of time. When I spoke to the attendant where I turned in the truck and complained, she stated “Oh, we don’t check those to make sure they work.” I asked for some credit because of the faulty equipment. She said she would need to talk with her supervisor and said d that her supervisor said that was just too bad because phone chargers on vehicles are not considered equipment. I should have received some consideration for time wasted and for the inconvenience of not being able to use my cell phone. I consider this BAD custom service and consideration. Robert RI needed to haul a car and this location had a car trailer available. I was happy I got the rental on short notice and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely get a rental again from here and also recommend my family and friends to rent if the need arises. Very happy with my experience 😁
