Yasmen MI explained to them I needed to move appliances including a refrigerator. I reserved a 15ft. When I arrived they only had a 10ft and a 20ft. I didn’t have much to move but had to go 150 miles so I told them the 10ft would be sufficient. They never explained that a refrigerator could not stand up straight in a 10ft. I was forced to haul my refrigerator laying down. I believe your vendors should know their equipment and be informed do they can better serve their customers.

edwin fWhen checking the electrical system, we found that there was a short in the wiring. The owner worked very hard to get it to work for me. My only comment is this should be checked prior to a customer coming in for the unit.
