The checkin procedure has some problems because the app is faulty. I added additional contact in as requested and it said it was the same as the reservation phone number which it was not at all...wasn't even the same area code. Frustrating. Shouldn't have to add this kind of information to rent a truck when I literally have a storage unit rented for the past 6 months. I am a regular customerGlenn F.

Once we make a reservation and option to pick up by phone, reservation should not be canceled if truck is picked up after reservation time. At least an option to change pick up time to keep your reservation. In my case, I lost 2 hours trying to find another truck. I also left truck with 1/4 of tank higher than what was picked up. I think I should be refunded some for gas.Mhorys P.
The manager of the gas station, who is never there, is the only person who knows anything about the U-Haul. I was over charged and I've yet to be able to speak to someone. I've never in my life paid $230 for a U-Haul...ridiculous!!Jennifer S.

The website allowed me to schedule pick up at 7am but when I get there I get a notification that I can pick up until 8am. The gentleman in the store assisted me but if pick up doesn't start until 8 don't allow scheduling before then.Tara R.

It was a gas station/convenience store. While taking care of me, this guy was also ringing up his convenience store customers. He gave me a printo out to sign that had such tiny print I couldn't read it. I asked him to tell me what it said. He said .69 cents per miles. Low and behold, I get a bill for $100!!! Apparently, I was supposed to fill the gas tank up to 7/8. MY son just rented a u-haul from a actual u-haul center and he got pages of paperwork and everything was explained to him thoughroughly. I am not happy!!! It was a gas station, I would have filled it up if I knew. I have made a complaint!TARA C.

When I went to drop off the uhaul at 4 pm the manager of this gas station was not there, so the store clerk told me I couldn't return it yet. Then he gave me his bosses number to call him personally with out any further instruction.Carden C.

My problem is with U-Haul. I reserved a 20' truck 3 weeks in advance but the day before they changed to truck size and location. Got the truck, took off and realized very quick that the AC didn't work! Turned around to take it back (had 6 hour drive @92 deg with poison Ivey in my eye) I was told to call roadside assistance! WTF! It never got fixed, thank God it wasn't raining. NEVER AGAIN U-HAUL.........NEVER!Jeff R.

The staff were not trained to begin or end a reservation, nor did they have the ability to fix an existent RSVP. They had no knowledge of anything pertained to the uhaul outside of recommending taking all action on the computer for myself. They couldn't even tell me exactly what to expect.Trica S.

I had made a reservation before arriving to this location and was told it was a 2 day reservation. I didn't realize I could do one day only which is all I needed. When I arrived at this location, the guy was very helpful, and we canceled my reservation and started a new one because he said we could do a one day reservation. We tried to get a new reservation but the when we typed in my phone number we could not change to a one day. So we did a reservation in my wife's name and still were not able to get a one day reservation. I was told when I drop off the vehicle in Durham, after using it less than one day I would be "given money back on the credit card." And that my card would not be charged at that moment. So I thought ok let's go with that.Grey E.
