Reservation was made for pickup at 10:00am. Had to call corporate because nobody was there. Didn't get my reservation until almost 30 mins later because they had to call someone.

Richard MSeems that when you make a reservation doesn't mean that's where it's going to be, I've made two reservations and it's been switched to whatever is convenient for uhaul not the customer. Because of this if i need a truck i will consider other companies first

phillip nOne headlight was out on the truck, the air conditioning did not function well and the drivers seat did not adjust. I am short and it was very difficult for me to reach the pedals due to the seat not adjusting. I will not be using this location again.
Kirsten HOwner of the business partnered with U-Haul did not have the keys set up properly, proceeded to curse me out and threaten me for not answering his phone call and asking him to come outside, was not on the premises when going on and on about,” You’re lucky I’m not there right now.”
