The equipment was old. This Uhual truck should be discontinued. It sounds really loud when you accelerate & it doesn't have a back up camera. Only experienced drivers should drive these poor trucks. For the same price other uhual dealerships offer trucks with backup cameras. I only accepted this offer as a last resort. P.s I wasn't even offered a dolly.Angel A.

I don't move often so it would have been nice to have someone verbally explain the entire process. My brother and I were somewhat confused. Online I had an option to rent a van which would have been cheaper. Apparently, the website claimed there was no van available. I literally seen a van in their location's lot. I only put $30 of gas. I spent nearly $200 when I was expecting to spend less than $130. I wish I had a much better experience. I amRamon C.

14045 Garfield Ave, Paramount, CA 90723 The older gentlemen here gave me a rate of around $150 but he charged $600 and when I asked about it he said well this is a deposit in case you steel the truck. Field Manager should check the video as there is a camera at the register because when I got to the drop off they said it was a flat rate. I got no paperwork and eventually I received a email. He will mislead you.PETER F.
Where I picked up I was told I can drop off in any location near to my new home and when we did they told us that NO. And that an address was assigned for drop off and was far for me. Not happy with that.Teresa G.

The truck was dirty inside and out, l vacuum it when l got home and before l took it back. They charger me for insurance that online l requested not to be charged, because my insurance covers rentals. Charged $140 of seven days. The person that helped me was in a hurry and would not give me a receipt, that l would get all in for by email that's when l noticed insurance was added. As many years as l have used U-Haul this is the worse. I guess I will use another Rantal company from now on. Thank you for your past service, F. ValdezFelipe V.

The location was over 40 miles away from the destination in which zip code was applied. There was no need to have to travel that far when there were 10+ locations within a 10 mile Radius. Add this information been shared to begin with when asked at the original location. Would've been cancelled. Will never rent from uhaul again.SALVADOR V.

I was definitely overcharged for the rental. I was charged a fuel fee when I picked up the truck the fuel line/level was almost empty. I called several times to SMJ Outlet and only got their answering machine. I will be going there tomorrow to see how they came up with $298 total.Terri R.

The only problem that I received was the receipt attachments cannot be seen or open by the customer. I think this is done intentionally. In addition; all emails sent were with a no reply which means that the customer cannot go further with anything. The gas meter states that it had 3/4 of a tank when in reality it only had half a tank. The customer has to have the ability to question any mistakes made without any problems whatsoever Rgds, RayRAYMOND B.

Although the truck was in good working order. The person at this facility that I rented from did not utter one word. He merely took our info, walked us to the truck and handed us the keys. We took it upon ourselves to inspect vehicle and noted it was ok. We realized the lack of communication when we dropped off the vehicle in Pleasanton. The lady that we turned in the vehicle to told us that we had overfilled the gas tank. We told her that where we had the vehicle they never told us that the gas tank was not completely filled. She apologized and said often times These third-party vendors don't take care to explain important information. So basically we overfilled the gas tank when we didn't need to. Although we made it safely to our destination safely, I'd have to say I'm going to completely think about renting again from one of your 3rd party vendors. Especially when I overspent on gas. It definitely doesn't leave a good taste in your mouth.Javier C.

The computer system could be better. I tried to check-in before I got there and couldn't check the two boxes on the final screen so I had to wait at the place longer.George C.
After the confusion on were to pick up my confirmed rental I found out it was the wrong location and was cancelled. I had to try and reschedule only to find out no 20 ft trucks were available.Finally they found a truck available. I lost a full day . Very upset with entire dealjose R.
