Belinda at this location was great to work with. She was available by phone for our remote pickup and helped us with issues in the app. She also spoke to us prior to the rental and went over everything we needed to know. She kept us up to date every step of the way and was super nice!

Matthew JThe uhaul that i rented the condition was horrible. I had also requested to rent a dolly and it was not in the uhaul as requested. We were also told since it was such an ordeal finding a dolly they weren’t going to charge us for one and still did. I also got charged for fuel when I had put the fuel in the vehicle. I was charged AGAIN for an unknown $19.83 charge. My overall experience was horrible and I will never be using them again.

Toby DThe dispatcher was very nice and prompt to help when there was a mixup with getting the key to the right truck. The truck we got was in very ruff condition and should not be priced the same as trucks that were more reliable with all working part.

Gary CI would like a full refund.. call me for the details. The experience I had was the worst and I took the truck back early because the guys I hired couldn’t make those different trips. The truck was too small and I rented one from Home Depot. So unprofessional.

Jason CI had to "borrow" the extension wires form a neighboring trailer in order to hook up the lights, so one is missing somewhere... Fortunately, I know how to hook up a trailer. If I did not know, it would have been an issue as there was no one on site. Overall, it was a very smooth process for me handled mostly through text messaging and pictures!
Tim DExperience was disappointing and gross. -Location had unclear parking and signage, which made me nervous because it was a tow business. I had to park with my hood in tall grass. There was also large trash scattered around, such as a car seat. -On arrival, I was told that they didn't have the furniture dolly I ordered, and I was instructed to go to another recently returned truck to get the moving blankets. Most of them were on the floor and soaking wet. I ordered 24 and only managed to get 9. -Front interior of truck was dirty. Had moisture and unknown substance in cupholders. -Truck's gas was not full and I wasn't prompted to check the gauge. I had to guess at how much to refill at the end of the day.

Rovina KIt asked me if I wanted to do it all myself or go to counter for assistance. For pickup and drop off around 11am both days there was no one at the office to help me inspect stuff, take pics, check odometer and stuff. It still went ok but it was all on me to do everything.
