truck was overall clean but definitely had not been wiped down much if any since last rental. The driver side door would not close very tight thus I could hear a air leak whining. Did not feel like it was going to come open while driving. I did the option where I picked up the truck before the business opened. I had never done that before and overall it went smoothly. The only hiccup was the wait when the contract was being approve online maybe they were busy or something but the process took about 25 minutes and actually I did not know if the website had frozen or what and was afraid to hit the back button so I called and was put on hold by the automated operator and was still on hold when the contract came back approved. So it may have been less stressful at 6am in the morning and I had been dropped off at the location and was starting to worry that I would have to wait until 9am when they opened. The check back in process went extremely well.Steve D.

I called to ask would any extra charges that it was not showing on the website. I got my receipt and saw an extra 29.99 charge. That is a violation to me. But I know y'all don't care because that's how everyone does business now.Mack A.

The manager had a different set of requirements for secondary drivers than the main office. I was very concerned when he insisted my daughter had to be present at the contract origin to provide her license to legally drive the truck. The main office contradicted what Exxon manager said. Seemed like he made up his own rules.Deborah K.
I have previously rented this type of vehicle (van, not truck) and done so previously from this location. Always a smooth process (doing it on line without any contact with the location staff). When completing the turn-in process, I mentioned that this particular vehicle (van) needed lubrication of the side/sliding door because was difficult to get open without pulling/prying back-end-of-door open with fingers and difficult to get closed without pushing inward on back while closing. Also, generally this type/model of cargo van seems to have sticky accelerator linkage at slow speeds, thus staring moving from stopped position can be a bit jerky. However, it is a very reliable vehicle type/build with many useful features that really make it easy to use. I would and will rent again.JONATHAN S.
The location was fine. However, we had a problem with the UHaul app/reservation. We had reserved two trucks to be picked up at the same location. We had email confirmation for both trucks and had done advance check in for two drivers. However, when we got there at pickup time, the app only showed one truck. The attendant at the gas station could not help in any way. We ended up doing the move with one truck which did prove to be a large setback since we had a large crew of volunteers and couldn't use them as efficiently.Joseph B.

I have done business with this location in the past. They are extremely professional, kind and provide excellent customer service. I do appreciate being able to extend my time beyond the usual 6 hours without the cost being substantially increased. I think that continuing this option of extending hours is the best thing that you can do for the next customer since not all moves can be done in six hours.Ulic W.

There is a problem with the steering, it is loose like a tie rod is going bad. There is a problem with the transmission, a couple of times on the highway going about 65, the transmission dropped into a lower gear and stayed there for a mile or 2. The engine revved really high.Brian H.

I filled the truck up with the same level of gas that I picked the truck up with. This location added 2 additional gallons of gas. It was already at the required level. In addition 2 gallons of gas would not had moved the gas gauge at all. Adding an additional 2 gallons of gas and charging me was not necessary.Kevin M.

We picked up remotely and could have driven off without our extra supplies but the man inside (didn't catch name) was great about tracking us down to make sure that didn't happen. The vehicle was so dirty and nasty inside that my wife and I had to shampoo the seats, wipe everything down. There was sticky drink and or milk spilled all in the vehicle. We had to perform a thorough cleaning before using the vehicle. Very disappointed and very unsanitary.Kenneth J.
