1. Clean out the vehicle for the next customer; 2. Make sure the ordered equipment is actually on board. The dolly that I ordered lwas not in the truck and I had to move boxes one at a time by myself; 3. The warning light indicated low pressure in the left rear tire which was concerning on pickup. I manually checked the tire before setting out and it was seemingly ok. I was told after I dropped off the vehicle that the pressure sensor was malfunctioning. This should be communicated prior to taking possession of the vehicle, especially since this is a safety issue. I was not impressedDavid S.

The business owner took a photo copy of my license and credit card instead of processing my reservation through the system like the usual claiming the system was down due to power outage when i can clearly see the U-Haul credit terminal on and workingâ€¦ very shady and suspicious but I had to go through with it because i needed the van. If I find out my credit info were stolen I'm suing this company.Louai A.

Customer service was horrible - owner yelled at me when I asked questions about the contract and locked the door of the building so I couldn't come in. Will never go back to the Trafalgar location again.Ryan D.
