ENDER EGood Service but Safe move insurance coverage is a hoax you take customer money for insurance and if there is an accident and you will not cover it, by the way install back up cameras and avoid accidents also save money

ENRIQUE AYOU GUYS NEED TO IMPROVE THE WEB BASE SYSTEM, IT TOOK MORE THAT 30 MINUTES FOR ME TO GET THE VEHICLE DUE TO PROBLEM WITH THE SYSTEM, THE LOCAL OPERATOR WAS VERY DILIGENT AND CALL OVER THE PHONE TO SOLVE THE DELAY WE WERE EXPERIENCING AT THE RENTAL TIME AND THE ANSWER THEY GOT WAS: WE CANNOT HELP YOU OVER THE PHONE YOU NEED TO KEEP TRYING EVEN THOUGH THE SYSTEM IS SLOW. THIS IS NOT A GOOD RESPECTFUL ANSWER NEITHER FOR ME AS A CUSTOMER OR TO YOUR LOCAL OPERATOR.
luis vTruck was in bad conditions, i had to drive up to 30 miles per hour all the time, the gear was stuck. It took me more time than expected to complete my task. I am wondering if i deserve a discount for this impasse Carlos Rivera

MOMENTUM NTruck condition was not good. It was bubbling a lot.
Saurabh KI am particularly upset that no other closer location was available to me at the time i needed it. I actualy used the van for less than 2 hours and I expected to pay much less but since the uhual location was 6 miles away it added 12 miles to my trip plus extra gas when the trip i needed to make was only 24 miles total. I didnt realize that this would add so much to the bill until my second trip when i reserved the second time. I wish you could estimate for the customer the total on your email based on the location they are going to, so the customer can make a more informed decision, since it is not everyday we rent a uhual.
