Very difficult to determine where to leave vehicle and where the office is located. This location should have comments describing drop-off procedures.

I fell truck was placed in the mud absolutely horrible experience
Ramon LagunaI had an issue with being charge for safemove when I didn’t add anything I clicked no to everything. I ended up not using the truck at all only drove it 20 miles. Then I went to fill up the tank and it started dumping gas from under the truck so I couldn’t put fuel in it. I cleaned out the truck completely but they charged me $300 for a cleaning fee? I don’t understand I’ve never had these issues before.
Andrea WardExtremely easy to check out. The return was a little confusing. The business was closed and they have a key drop. That was not the issue. The U-Haul return through the app was slow and didn’t update once I shared the location. Maybe a GPS unit on the truck would be better. Return took about 20 minutes through the app because it wouldn’t update then time out.

The drop-off point is marked as "no-parking" due to non-customers using it, and there is a nearby U-Haul towing location with more prominent signage which is not the drop-off point. That being said, when called, the representative was incredibly helpful, directed us to the appropriate location, and was timely in getting us on our way.

Yvette PredovichPick up was perfectly smooth and could not have been better. The pick up location was changed by Uhaul three days in advance. I was texted and then called to let me know. But when I went back to the Uhaul website my One way rental drop off location had changed from the original Chandler AZ to a TBD Tucson location, the same city as the pick up. I called Uhaul and was told not to worry, that my original drop off location was ok. It was disconcerting that the website did not update correctly. Then on Saturday after loading for 4 hours I got another text/call to set up a drop off location in Tucson! I explained again that my oneway rental was going to Chandler. The person on the phone said OK but could not update the website. When I tried to Edit my rental the website would send me back to the login screen. So extra stress again wondering if when I got to the drop off in Chandler there would be an issue. Please see comments in the drop off location.

JESUS VEGAThe location is small and the actual drop off is not marked. After manuvering into the tight parking in he front, found out the return was on the side of the property. However, Jake was very helpful to point out how to easily get to the spot. Additionally, his assistance with checkin was appreciated.
