Thomas MI wanted a van, but this location on the web site didn’t come up with availability, but manually selecting the site via the map, it showed it has having the equipment i needed. I felt this was strange, as this location is minutes walk from my home.
Dickson LThis was the worst experience ever renting from U-Haul. It takes one Quick Look at my account to see how often I rent. Almost every month, and sometimes a couple times a month, this owner was very rude from the start, and after explaining I needed the rental for two days, he dare called me yelling that I wasn’t back, not even 24 hours after I left. Remind you, his machine that you sign for the contracts wasn’t working that day either, even though he told me to he switched it to a one day rental …. Will never go back to his location no matter how desperate I would be.

nicolas hCan I get someone to review my billing as Insurance was raised from $15 to $45 ($30 extra), I was to receive a fuel credit and there is an additional charge of $89.85. The estimated cost of $118.62 ended up being $187.05 with the fuel credit added. Can someone explain this please?

F WThe gate on the back of the truck was incredibly difficult to raise. It took several tries, and in one case another person to open the truck for loading and unloading. Please make sure you do not send trucks out without repairing them. The uhaul representative was curt and unfriendly.
