AL VanderhoutHaving worked at U-Haul during my high school days I was comfortable connecting a trailer without assistance. However someone with less or no experience was left to hookup without a U-HAUL rep ensure the trailer was correctly coupled to the ball and chained to the vehicle. On the point of safety I would recommend that prior to exiting the U-Haul site a rep a least have a look at how it leaves the property.
Paul FlemingStaff was friendly and helpful. Good location serving the Town of Bracebridge. The grounds are a bit muddy, and the rear entrance road in from behind the motel is horrendous. But I would go back for my rental needs.

Elvis OuimetteThe location was easy to get too. Renting from UHaul served our purpose. The process to pick up the UHaul at this location was good. Doing the return via cellphone wasn't good. After multiple attempts, I spoke to the agent, explained it didn't work for us. then put the key in the Dropbox. The online return process needs to be looked at and made more user friendly.

The interior could have been swept out and smelt of farm hay manure.. The representative at this location was very friendly and was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Rob Andrews

Dennis Chadalai have rented a truck and a trailer recently and boyh times i have ordered blankets and both time they did not have them
ERIC FRITZThe return process at this location used to be easy but now is ridiculous. There is a sign stating the return process is mobile only. I returned the trailer a day early - Sunday - and went on line to notify U-Haul. The website said that a rep would be contacting me. Got a call on Tuesday; I explained what I had done. Now I have been charged an extra day. Submitted a report to U-Haul with evidence of the early return and am waiting for a response.
Bradley PattersonThe van i rented was covered in dog hair. I had to spend 30 mins vacuuming and cleaning the van. It also smelt like a dog. Also the internet is terrible at this location for checking in online, it take 30-40 mins..... I would love someone to call me and perhaps i could get a free rental. I've been renting quite a few vans and this is the second time this has happened:(

Things that can be improved for the next customer would be overall cleanliness of vehicle ( coffee cups left in truck and cardboard in cargo area. Allowing staff some leeway to login a few minutes early to accommodate customers that arrive early.

bob arbourClean the vehicle between rentals. The seats were covered in animal hair. On the positive side, the man that handled my rental at this location was great. Very friendly and was able to quickly get me processed on on the road.

Richard BorlandThe employee was very friendly and polite. The size truck I ordered was unavailable, the blankets I ordered were unavailable and the furniture dolly I ordered was unavailable. The unit was buried in snow and we had to dig it out, it only had 1/4 tank of gas in it, and the tires were bald.

Maik AhrensThe vehicle was filthy, I suppose uhaul isn’t concerned with cleanliness but when you spend almost $300 for the day use plus fuel ($125)it would be nice to use a relevantly clean vehicle this van was disgusting dust and dirt clearly hasn’t been cleaned in many, many months!
