I was charged for damages. When I called there was no effort or care to help. They just told me to call uhaul. I was able to get that charge removed. Uhaul customer service was A+DANIEL G.

everything worked great the people were nice rented theU-Haul I was very pleased the only thing that I know that I did wrong was not to look at the video to tell me exactly what to do after renting the u haul how to return it I am making suggest something when the person is picking up the the U-Haul where they are purchasing that U-Haul from have them look at the video before they leave that way they know exactly what to do and they won't have to do what I did wait later on then see the text message and it's too late to do what you want them to do your representative told me what to do to look at the video but by me being in the process of trying to move so quickly I forgot to look at the video until later on after I had the return the truck then that's when I came back and seen what I was supposed to do thank you very much for everything renting me the U-Haul for moving and I would be glad to recommend you to other people that are movingGLORIA M.

So I arrived to my drop off location in Saint Petersburg at the skyway location. I asked if they needed anything like my documents for references doing the walkthrough at the end. The guy brushed his hand at me and said â€œNah you're goodâ€ and went inside. So we never did the final walkthrough. I left the truck clean and made sure gas was full like I always do when I rent a vehicle. Come to find out that they charged me $150 for â€œDamageâ€ of a scrape. First of all how do I know that wasn't them or they made it up? I wasn't present during the inspection after I dropped it off. Extremely unprofessional and very sketchy. Never using uhaul ever again unfortunately. I'm going to utilize another company for professionalism and to avoid being taken advantage of monetarily.MIA H.

We used the truck to go and get supplies from Home Depot. Just back and forth to Home Depot. We were accused of damaging the truck. I went back after being charged and it was a small ping easily overlooked. When we asked the manager about the damages he said he did not notice it before we took the truck. Implying he could've overlooked it. But noticed it when we bring it back. I wrote an email to corporate and the response was rude and unprofessional. I don't mind paying for something I did but after this we will never use U-Haul again. We will also find another storage location too for our current storage.OSCAR W.
Was charged for extra day even though I brought truck back on time, it was even before opening, I used the phone app yes, but the management passes the problem issue to me telling me to call headquarters and deal with it. Unable to get a written receipt for the rental. It was for a church function and I needed to be reimbursed. Called pickup site and received no help. Waited for assistance from U-Haul for 30 min. and gave up. The checkin process for Sunday return was very complicated and not customer friendly. Watch out!!!! We are extremely dissatisfied with our experience with uhaul and this location. This location's lack of communication and errors regarding our rental costs my business $3,000 this weekend as a result of the delayed rental. I am awaiting a call back from the field area manager regarding compensation for the rental fees due to the huge inconvenience this costs my company.DEAN H.

Moved a mattress from point A to point B. Drove the truck 10 miles. The gas gauge did not appear to move. Never the less I stopped and put $3.00 of gas in the truck. Drove a block to the truck rental office and turned it in. They claimed it needed more gas and charged us $7.60 more. Absolutely nuts! I don't know where he parked the truck to get it to show less but on level ground it had more than it did when we got it. Shame on them and shame on your company for such tactics!Robert B.

No key dropoff outside of business hours, however, the u-haul app does not make you aware of this fact. I had to grab an uber to return the keys to the location, costing me significantly more, and I felt as though the business should have picked up the keys themselves at a time convenient for me, and not the other way around.Leeshay P.
