First off the Foreigner you'll have renting out your equipment didn't give me no paperwork didn't give me a timeframe and did everything on his phone. Even had a tech guy from U-Haul get on the phone to talk to me so I can better explain the situation of what I was trying to do I'll return the U-Haul excuse me the Darley before the next people came they had it on the reservation and I had to find that out by calling the one 800 go U-Haul speak to representative then on top of that I'm told that I would have to pay extra for an extended rental when the man never gave me a timeframe he told me just bring it back when I'm finished. The employee didn't have any ideA on how to do the rental and the truck was very dirty and wasn't clean there was used tissue in the cup holders I was afraid to even use the truck and the brakes was making lots of noise. I didn't even use the truck after i got the truckCheryl D.
U-Haul needs to work on their website. The app is dreadfully slow and redundancies abound. Customer service does not have the tools they need to serve customers. The app should not need to ask for my password every time I open it, and should not log me out if I have it in the background for a few minutes. Company, fine. Website, sucks so bad it makes me hurt.John S.

This Uhaul was literally at a gas station. The person at the counter had no idea how to handle renting it out despite me having already scheduled and paid online. Sketchy and unprofessionalCyra B.
This location not only told ME to go out and take a picture of the mileage instead of doing their jobs, they also made racists comments "stating the reason why I was the ONLY respectful black man was because I date an asian woman. That black men are not respectful.". To top it off they gave me no receipt and didn't update the drop off causing me to get a call the next day asking where the truck was. Just took the truck and did not provide me a receipt or anything, Made me feel like they didn't realize this was a drop off location, which obviously with the window signage, it was. They never went to the vehicle to check it out for condition, gas or mileage. I had to go back to the vehicle and provide the mileage myself. Very strange to me.Joseph E.

When I entered the door I was greeted by the very friendly clerk behind the counter. I told him I had a reservation at 11am. I was about 15 mins early. He already was aware of my reservation. I was in the truck ready to go after about 5 mins. He did an excellent job getting me set up and ready to go. This location also being a gas station made it very convenient when filling the truck up to return. When turning key back in all the final total price was explained in detail. It ended up being cheaper than the first quote. Great experience and would highly recommend it to anyone needed to rent a truck.Seth S.
Please do not use this location. Pay for the few extra miles and use the 1211 Parsons Ave location instead. My experience at the Skyway Gas/3434 Parsons Ave location made me feel like I was in a disaster comedy. From taking an hour to give me my rental after using the Express Online Check-in the night before, being quoted a price at the location almost twice the amount I was quoted online, teaching them how to use their own computer and reservation system, and their lack of interest during the return by their walking away and allowing other people to cut in front of me while trying to return the keys. However, I was truly amazed at immediate response and genuine concern shown by the Customer Service line and the Regional/District Manager. As someone who has been a Customer Service/Hospitality Professional for the last 5 years, I was blown away by how quickly they reacted and and worked to make things right. If it weren't for those two, I would have chosen to never use U-Haul again.Richard D.
The people working acted like they had no clue what they were doing. After moving since 7 a.m. the last thing I want to do is spend 35 min doing their job (I had to go out and write the mileage and gas myself) and the stood there for a good 15 min while they talked between the 3 of them and helped other customers that came in after me!! I will never recommend this drop off/pick up location!!!!Dena D.

Have people that actually know what they're doing. I went through hell from the first call to reserve the truck I got the run around. After that it was even further downhill experience! I will tell everyone DO NOT use uhaul!donna G.

It all went well, however, I was disapointed that they charged me for 4 extra miles $1.74 with tax. I left at least $5 extra of gas over and above what was required. I thought they could have waved the 4 extra miles!!!!JOE P.
