overall nice experience until I received a call and the elderly lady lied to me on the telephone . I called leaving a voicemail she claimed I did not saying it was a national call center number i called but its her barn phone number . Do Not lie to your customers, they are not that ignorant an KNOW the phone number is not transferred to a national call center its YOUR answering machine with your voice on it, its an insult to ones intelligence when you do. People are not that stupid an only makes you look foolish when you lie like you did and makes your professionalism look foolish.

Second time I have rented a unit from this location. Both times was told tank was full. Both times a distance of about 8 miles round trip consumed 6 gallons of gas. There is no way that the tankson either trip were full.

Trucks transmission is going bad, received truck at 9/10 full but was told it was 10/10 full, filled it all the way though so I overpayed. truck had dirt in the back and the cab smelled. Tires were low. It's clear this location doesn't inspect the vehicles. Will not be back.

The floor of the cabin was dirty when I got it, but the instructions weren't clear that it had to be cleaned. Only when checking it in to return it did I see that I was instructed to clean it.

The Trailer I had reserved had an issue with the tail lights working on one side. I upgraded to a Truck which worked fine.....gut cost me $100 more. When I got to my location and called in for a after hours return the return location was NOT listed on my account

I had to wait to get my vehicle because the passcode online wasn't accurate along with the insurance commitment that is forced on you even though you cancel it. I will not use Uhaul or recommend them as it's a scam with no way out. Start to listen to your clients- you can grow you business if you do.

Site only open 9am to 2pm, necessitating after hours drop off. Uhaul mobile drop off procedure did not mention dolly at all, did not generate any confirmation email until next am, causing anxiety as to whether complete return had occurred.

The fact that I was contacted by someone from uhaul less than 24 hours before we were supposed to pick up the truck to tell me the 20 foot truck I booked would not be available at the scheduled site and time is unacceptable. Not to mention then I was told the truck would only be available at the later time and new location only if it was dropped off on time. Then I had to go with the smaller truck in hopes everything would fit. I am not happy at all on how my online reservation was handled.

My only complaint about this location is that it seemed they were not ready for us to be there despite the reservation being for 8am. We even arrive a little late (around 815) and had checked in online and they still seemed surprised.

First off the price was unbelievable to start. $15 to rent a motorcycle trailer for one day !! I was expecting to pay $50 so that super low was amazing. The equipment was flawless. Then to top it off, the local folks came in early to meet me at 7 AM. They just did that to help me out and keep the rental time to what I needed at only 1 day !! I could not give this Uhaul location a higher recommendation.

It is hard to get ahold of someone. They didn't return calls. The truck was not cleaned for Covid 19. There was a used mask in the center console along with a old contract. I had the truck for less than 24 hours and they want to charge me for two days.

Can NEVER get a hold of anyone at uhaul. Why do you even have a phone number? I've waited on hold over a hour each time id call only to hang up in frustration each time. Unless this is fixed I will find and recommend a competitor.

It would be nice to add to the Drop Off instruction What to do and Where to put the key when no one is in attendance at the time of the drop off of the rental. No one from the rental company was on site on the weekend. I talked to a maintenance man.

Truck was clean but the "check engine light" was on. I reported before leaving. No issues at all driving, but it would be nice to inform the customer of this so that they are not worried. A lot of play in the steering wheel, but the truck handled very well. The lady and the gentleman that helped me in the morning were wonderful people! You return app could be better telling the customer that they have to allow safari to access your location services.
