Please ensure that you have good connection when picking up/dropping off. Not the fault of the location at all, but the uhaul site is buggy and errored multiple times, triple charging me for my pick up.

I dont think you can improve but the internet there is very bad or either the software is very slow one of the 2. I had already checked in online and given all info requested and then when I got to the location had to do the same thing again and that took up 30 minutes of our rental time due to online checkin

Make sure vehicles are checked and cleaned thoroughly! The van had a strong terrible odor like URINE. That is unacceptable. Second, The help phone number for uhaul, 1800gouhaul etc. needs more trained representatives. They did not help. I had to call multiple times for the reservation, which I made over the phone using my confirmed correct phone and email address and to get assistance using the self pickup for the van. Finally connected to someone competent and it was very simple to add the reservation under my account. Then the website stolp freezes when entering information or adding photos. Long inconvenient process. I probably won't use the truck share service again. Thankfully one very competent employee(s/o to Sunny in WA state!) was knowledgeable and able to get me through the entire process.

the "easy check in" was a nightmare and took almost an hour with the help from support. The support person was very patient and helpful. The van had a shattered side mirror which made driving the vehicle very difficult.

this process is poorly communicated and i do not believe it is thought through. at no point did it tell me to download the app and then when i did - it said it did not see my reservation i picked this location because i could get the truck earlier - after all the frustrations of not knowing how to get it to work and the wasted time, i could have went to a staffed location and been done much sooner the app does not work the website does not communicate the process the only way to get my rental done was to call someone who had to do it all manually also, expecting me to know exactly how long i iwill need the truck is imposible -

When I returned the vehicle I had take pictures 5 times. Everytime I got to the spot where you have to show where it's parked, it would start all over again.

Truck bed was very dirty and windows. haven't been Cleaned for a while. No way to adjust side mirrors. Air conditioning barely blew cold, cooler with the windows open. For an old guy, the rental process and return were difficult. Overall, it did what I needed to do and it was worth the price. Even with the minor issues, would rent again when necessary.

There was a situation with picking up the truck via your website they kept telling me it was my Internet when I called, but it wasn’t, the representative had to keep refreshing the page at their end but once we got through everything, everything was great.

When I arrived, I followed the login instructions! I kept getting wrong user or password. After 30 min. of frustration, I called Uhaul, Very nice rep, reset & good to go. Wrong! After considering just walking away, I decided to call Uhaul again. Oh, our system isn't working! She verified my info. & I got my Keys. Then in the truck, I couldn't take a picture of odometer/fuel gauge. called Uhaul again! After verification, read milage/fuel and was on my way. One hour wasted!

Reservation was moved, then they did not have a truck, reservation moved to new location hour away, then moved to a location with lock boxes. Code to open was near impossible to get since reservation kept taking me back to initial location. I spent 4 hours on the phone 95% on hold trying to get truck. WORST expereince. Saturday is your biggest day, yet NO ONE AVAILABLE TO RESOLVE PROBLEMS
