Faster service and shorter wait times

Contracted size of truck unavailable at time requested. Request 2 to3 weeks in advance. Gas tank empty...9 overall 7 happy . Area is in a more remote area, people didn't appear too concerned with any of this except when it came to payment.

Uhaul 26 foot truck reserved 4 days in advance but it was a no show and had to use a 15 footer which took twice the time to move my stuff around not good - why reserve if your demand can't be met... It is the second time in one year that happens

The check in process was a problem. Skips was excellent and Mason was very helpful but the U-Haul system would not allow our check in with repeated attempts finally after many phone calls it was finally resolved. Thank you Mason and Skips towing!

one of the tire was having low air pressure. In the middle of the road my car started to vibrate a lot. I checked and filled in the air then it runs smooth again. it waste my about 1 hour. so annoyed. You should chek those measures before every dispatch.

we wanted to pick up equipment in Canton. It was an inconvenience to drive past the preferred location. Skips treated us well.

Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. We were on a tight schedule. They did not arrive to open the store until 8:15 ( 15 minutes late). Within 1/4 mile of driving away, we found the wipers not working and had to return the vehicle. Our only option was a 20 ft. It took more time, more gas, no where to park, too big for us and that night we found we could not return it to our designated return on 13th and vine in Philadelphia because they could not take that size. We were never alerted to that change. So, we will never rent from them again. And we would like a refund for our additional charges.

They had to transfer in a inclosed trailer for me from another location and the lights did not work. The whip for the lights had to be replaced. The man at ships auto (Nathan Gonyou), replaced it in a quick action so we could be on our way. Why wasn’t the trailer maintained by the company they got it from?

I was very happy with the lady at the desk very happy and nice. When we returned it a very heavy set nice was beyond rude he threw a fit because we were over 8pm bringing it back it wasn’t that much later we had issues with the veichle we picked up and I didn’t no I could call skips bc they lady said they would be closed and it was a little muddy bc of the polling down rain and the guy threw a fit. The professionalism with him sucked! Idk I think maybe he was the owner.

The shopkeeper was very friendly, but the vehicle smelled so badly of cat urine we could barely breathe, even with the windows down.

Skips was great. Showed up after hours to help me out! I would do business with him again. I ended up calling his place direct because I was not happy with the person I talked to over the phone from the main U-Haul number. He was much easier to deal with!

OK, The doors on the vehicle need to be maintained. The passenger door, every time you opened it, it sounded like a tin can. The previous damage to this vehicle made the door hard to close.

Be aware that a full size box springs does not fit a 4x8 cargo trailer.

We were told and paid for 36 blankets, we found that after opening the plastic bags of wadded up blankets we received only 19, one bags blankets were so filthy we did could not even use them. Nothing was ready for us when we came to pick up the truck and we spent at least one hour there waiting for them to get the boxes, blankets we pre-ordered together several sizes of boxes were not even available. When we returned the filthy blankets we were not given a credit. At this time we have not been credited for the shortages of blankets or boxes. When we finally got the truck it was clean on the inside and they were nice about loading our car on the car hauler.

Reservation for 9am, arrived at 8:50 & was told "come back in half an hour" because they hadn't checked in the previous night's trucks. Truck was dirty. Disappointing service experience overall compared to the Canton location.
