The facility was quite average for UHaul. The equipment was only 'OK' but definitely should be cleaned better prior to releasing it to a client.Michael H.
THe online/app interface sucked and there was another customer there who gave up on the 247 renting. The directions were difficult to follow and it was not clear that you needed to be onsite within an hour of your rental time.Sean T.

Nobody was there. No instruction from Uhaul on what to do with the return, other than to be there by 8 am. The parking lot was full and I had to leave the UHaul Truck right in the middle of it as I had no idea what to do with it until I saw the key dropbox on one of the doors.JESSE H.

Vehicle was in good condition except for right rear tire pressure. Pressure was low and when I tried to fill it, it would not take air. U-Haul app for 24/7 pick-up and drop-off has many flaws. On pick-up I had to call customer service and with their help it took 45 minutes. On drop off I could not get the app to complete the transaction. Very disappointing. Wait for customer service is unacceptable.Richard R.

The 24/7 is not as easy as the website makes it sound. I had to wait almost 15 minutes to have someone respond to the information that I entered. I also tried to call the 1-800 number and got put on an endless hold. It is much easier to go to a facility that is open and deal with a human.Geoffrey J.
Overall,, I had a very good experience. Checkout was quick and customer service was great. The only negative being the fact that there weren't enough blankets to fulfill the order. It was explained to me that they were in the process of replacing dirty/worn blankets. The truck was clean and in good working order. I will definitely utilize this location again for a local move.Joel C.

I was disappointed that checking in online didn't work. We then had to go into the office and despite the fact we were required to wear masks no one else in the office was wearing them. Then, it took them half an hour to do the paperwork and give us the van, which only gave us 1.5 hours of our 2-hour rental time to use it. Finally, we had ordered a dolly but when we arrived it was broken so they charged us for the bigger one even though it wasn't our choice. When we returned the van, it took a very long time for them to check us out. Once again, despite the fact it could have all been done online. A very unsatisfactory experience.Frank L.

I'm sorry I did not ask for a break in the price when I only needed a small vehicle. I had to pay 39.99 for two days because they are not open on Saturdays. The van I asked about sat in the same place as it was on Friday when I had to pick up a 26 foot truck. I don't think that is good business. Why couldn't I pick my truck up the day I needed it if the van was going to be picked up the day I returned the truck?....SaturdayDwight C.
