Have the desired equipment available. Not have to go through multiple people to get the person with the vehicle. Have more than 1/4 of a tank of gas....It was a very confusing arrangement and it didn't feel very safe there either. Communicate with the customer and the drop off location re: missing dolly.

Pickup worked well. Folks were very friendly and got us on our way.

The office was at a different location than the truck and it was a little bit of a drive. Also, fortunately, I took a photo of the mileage on the truck. When I returned the truck, I was informed that I had overage miles totalling over $80. After showing the photo, that was reduced to $6. The Tuskegee store may have been trying to cheat me.

Properly train representatives the procedures to renting and pick up location. I was behind schedule 1 and a half hours missing a deadline in the process of trying to retrieve my rental. Everyone was very unprofessional. Not convenient at all. Was charged for hand truck but did not receive one but I'll take that lose. This location is very confusing.

The staff was slow. Their equipment did not work as I could not get a printed copy of my contract before leaving. The price was supposed to be $106 and I was charged $118. The gas tank was left on 1/8 of a tank, knowing I was driving the truck over 100 miles away. The shop was disgusting and dirty.

Could not complete the transaction due to computer problems. The SMELL of cigarette smoke was so bad inside that I had to wait outside until the paperwork was done. This place was FILTHY. Although the person doing the transaction was courteous, this place does not deserve the U-Haul name.
