Wesley BWe reserved a 17’ truck and when we arrived there was no 17’ truck. The only truck available was a 15’ truck. Making sure inventory is on site and correct online would be really beneficial to future customers.

Antoinette EPeople were very nice & friendly, but, I arrived 20 minutes early and due to Uhauls policy, was going to be charged another day at first. Meanwhile, the trailer was not readily available. Had to move a tow truck & a car before I could get it, plus other problems arose. More than ate up the 20 minutes. As said, only redeeming factor was the friendliness of the staff. PS: the trailer had a large hole in the rear door.

Melanie Lno equipment there, truck was not well cleaned up and they took 15 min to pull up my reservation and wouldn’t give me the keys even though the website had the truck in my name. (dollys and furniture pads were not with the truck that i ordered) still was charged $37 for them. wouldn’t ever rent from this location again or recommend to anyone.

Woman at the front was not friendly at all, took forever to print my receipt then proceeded to charge me extra for gas even though I filled the tank right back where I received it. There were cats all over the counter and waiting area couch so I had to wait outside due to my allergies to cats. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. The young man who took me to my Uhaul however was great.

Eric NI rented on Saturday 3/4/2023 morning 9.30 am and returned same day 2 pm 3/4/2023 the clerk kept the billing open until Tuesday evening 3/7/2023 and billed me excess of $180.00 / had to visit the outlet again and still my issue is yet to be resolved.

Joseph BThey tried to charge me a $69 fuel charge for bringing it back at less than I took it. Luckily, I had taken a picture of the gauge when I picked it up to prove I was right and they removed the charge.

Precious MI picked up a uhaul truck because I needed a hitch receiver for my job. The tow hitch on the back of this uhaul had a lock on it. They advised me to go to a different location to get it removed. After driving around and asking about removing this lock on the tow hitch I was unsuccessful. I returned it within the hour and was still charged a day + miles + gas.
Michael KThere was not enough parking space for me to wait until I received the keys for the pick up truck. Some people from the staff did not seem very happy to provide the service. They weren’t rude or anything, but they just didn’t seem very proactive. It was my first time renting and even though I had to sign the contract and the information was there, I would have appreciated if someone had told me that I needed to refuel before returning, cause at the moment what I wanted was to run the errand and honestly I didn’t read the paper. The truck was not clean and when we went back to return it the waiting process was too long.

Eriel PI ordered a pick up two weeks prior at a location near West Palm Beach airport when I landed they told me there was no pick ups available and they sent me up with a spot that was about 15 minutes away which cost me an extra $15 each way for an Uber ride to and from the airport. I felt like I was unfairly treated by UHaul. I reserved the pick up two weeks in advance and felt it should’ve been there at the original location and when I spoke to your corporate about they were less than helpful.
Patrick CWe reserved a 5x8 trailer and 5 blankets online. They only had a 6x12 when we got there and no blankets. The lights didn’t work on the trailer and one tire was flat. They wouldn’t help and directed us to a different location. That location wouldn’t help since trailer didn’t come from them. Called the customer service and got little to no help there either. Ended up fixing the tire and lights myself instead of waiting all day for a service tech to come. Won’t use U-haul again.
BRAD BNo drop box for keys. Door was locked until another customer started banging on the door. Told them where we put the keys and the employee had an attitude. Told them there was no drop box and no instructions on where else to leave them.

Josseth DWe rented a 26’ truck only to be told they didn’t have any the morning we arrived. We had to take the much smaller one since we hired moving help through U-haul and they were already en-route. We had to make multiple trips because of this which cost us more labor. The truck drove horribly and we felt unsafe. The movers were great though.
James FIt took way too long to complete our order and they added a $25 charge for insurance that we had to go to extra trouble to have it removed and then they wouldn't print the paperwork/receipt for us. Btw, they removed the charge by creating a whole new order without the $25 charge so we had 2 charges on our credit card until it was finally resolved. We'll never go this location again.

Lawrence MI have a reservation for 8:30pm to pick the truck up. I went to the office to pay for the truck in advance at 1pm because I’m moving and it’s a lot so I wanted to make sure everything have been taken care of. Upon speaking with the lady she told me that I have until 5pm before the drop off location close. At 1pm the next day I receive a call from the drop off location that I’m to drop the truck off at 1pm and that they didn’t see me come in. I explained to the guy what I was told. He acted nice telling me he can give me until 2pm to drop the truck off without charging me for a late drop off. I went and drop off the truck 5mins to 2pm. They guy did an inspection and saw that the gas and everything is the same and told me and the driver of the truck that everything is fine we are good to go. Upon reaching back my house I received a notification from bank that there’s an extra charge from the drop off location. I called the guy who inspected the truck and he gonna tell me that I was charge for gas and mileage. My question is why didn’t he tell me that when I was there?????? He told me everything was perfect so I don’t understand the dishonesty. I have pictures and videos of the truck before drove it off at the pick up location and also pictures of the truck for the drop off location. Both images show the same amount of gas that was in the truck when I pick it up and when I drop it off: I will never ever recommend anyone to use Uhaul. They’re dishonest and lie. Two hours later the guy called me from the pick up location apologizing for his lying ass and telling me that another customer has the same issue with me only difference is that customer brought their truck with more gas that was in it and they were charge!!!!!! Tf!!!!!!!!! I’m so pissed of this company. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN SO DISGUSTING. What hurt me the most is that they miscommunicate with you about their service and then wanna do a blame game. I’m so mad!!!!!!
Jennel GI was told to hook the trailer on myself and to call her once I have it hooked up. Someone to hook it up would be a 15 min wait. I went outside saw someone a few mins later, asked him to do it, he told me he doesn't work for Uhual, he was a driver , that he ewas off and had a lot of calls. I will never go back to that location again. I've never had to hook up my own equipment at Uhual before....ever
