They were closed on Sat. morning and we were never told we had to do all the on line stuff to get into the lock box. Had to make 3 phone calls to finally get help to get the code. The person picking up the truck was not the account holder and had to create another one. Took over an hour to get this mess cleared up.

Edward S.I asked 3 times for a receipt and still didn't get it. I was told receipt would be emailed to me and didn't get it until the day after Uhaul Corporate Distribution called asking about the location of the truck. The links for pre and post trip inspection did not work. At a 40 gallon tank, filled prior to a 175 mile trip and averaging 10-12 mpg, there should have been 22.5 gallon left in tank which is equivalent to 9/16 = same as how we got it. I was still charged fir 3 gallon of gas two days after I dropped it off. The guy I handed keys to didn't even come out to inspect vehicle. The whole thing seemed “shadyâ€.
