First if a reservation is accepted and confirmed at a one location don't move it 15 miles away. Two the truck was dirty when I got it and smelled. Three the location was out of an Exxon Tiger Mart where the guy was using an old laptop which took about 15-20 minutes to get the reservation but stopped when he had a customer who wanted to buy cigarettes. Four I requested blankets and he did not have any.Joseph W.

The mobile check in process had issues. Called for assistance and was told the wait time was 51 minutes! Was able finally to get the mobile site to advance and process. Frustrating for sure!Arthur G.

The Uhaul representative did not know how to look up my reservation and I therefore had to contact Uhaul. In addition, the wait was too long to start my move and the truck was not filled with gas.Micah M.
It took 45 minutes to get the keys from the store manager. The manager refused to give me the keys to the uhaul unless uhaul called him directly. Again, poor communication and a massive waste of time.Michael W.
Everything was fine - except the furniture pads I ordered weren't in the truck. When I asked the manager, he said they didn't have any. Obviously, that's a problem when you're moving furniture 300 miles. This is a gas station that rents U-Haul trucks (which I didn't know from the website). Better to go to the official U-Haul place, which is just a few miles down the road (that's where the 1-800-GO-UHAUL operator sent me after I called....a complication I didn't need on moving day)rebecca W.

No Dropbox location present, store personnel did not assist me until requiring a call from UHaul, between incredibly long waits for a customer service rep no assistance from the store it took nearly two hours after I returned the truck to get my keys turned in...absolutely awful experience. Only sidenote, I had a very unhelpful customer service member, but thankfully Genevieve(sp?) with truck share was able to help after calling the store, manager, owners, etc. without her it would have probably never been resolvedNicholas M.

This is a gas station/convenience store. I was required to wait while 6 customers who entered during my transaction were helped. Additionally all the information entered into my reservation had to be reentered. The tank of the vehicle was very low as well. There was no indication that sanitation had been done to the cab for covid precautions either.CHRISTINA L.
I would recommend a better location with better signal and also a more open area where you can leave your car while renting the U-Haul. I had no issues with the U-Haul but did not like the process I had to go through to get it from a gas station. I would also make the app a little more user friendly as was having issues with just uploading the pictures in the app.Zashary O.

I love the self service option. On this particular vehicle, the driver side door was hard to close all the way. When driving, the driver side door made alot of wind noise, as if the door wasn't sealed 100 percent.Brandon S.
Make sure on the website, or in the advertising that you explain the numerous steps to take pictures of driver's license and person driving the vehicle prior to getting the truck and all the steps on returning the truck. It was a tedious process because I didn't expect to being going back and forth to the truck to take pictures every time it asked me to.Carlos A.

The instructions told me to leave the keys in the drop box. I could not find the dropbox. It was also night and dark out, very few lights. I went in to ask the gentleman at the counter what to do with him and he gave me attitude thinking I was not supposed to be there.Morgan M.
