The staff helped me out when we were too late in picking up the rental van at another location. Great experience.

It was a little confusing trying to get the keys and I think I returned them to the spot I originally got them from. I also had locked the van and returned the keys, when I realized you wanted pics of the interior and where I parked it. Wi-fi was almost non-existent, so I had to wait until I got home to submit pics.

I think our serious issue is with the U-Haul app versus this location. Although the lack of cell service affected our ability to use the app at first. That being said, there was guest wifi that Sinclair offered which helped in that regard. The app however was a serious problem. We were for over an HOUR trying to get through. It cost us an $150 as our movers had to wait while we waited for U-Haul to respond to chats, pick-up the phone, call back to approve the pick-up, etc. I will be reaching out to Uhaul to file a complaint and hope that they will address the issue by covering the extra cost we incurred.

Fast and friendly check out/in. 9' cargo van was great to drive and easy on gas mileage. They gave me the best deal based on my actual mileage. Saved me a lot of $.
