Mobile checkin would be fine if your website wasn't so terrible. Every time I use Uhaul, your website is the worst part of my experience. Shoving unwanted/unneeded services and items during checkout would be one thing, but a system that is incapable of locating exactly when and where vehicles are available (one would argue the primary job of the site) until after you've gone through all of the steps is consistently aggravating. Just type in the truck you need, location, time, all the misc. items you never asked for, then 'whoops! A truck isn't available there!'. Have a better system, please.Cole B.

Great customer service he didn't have what I needed at his store but he took the time and went and got what I needed. I gave a time when I would be there last minute and he was prompt and very professional. If there is any need for unsullied equipment I highly recommend this location with out a doubt.stanley S.

I paid for moving Pads and a dolly, but they were in the other truck there, not the truck they had for me to use. No one at this location, so I couldn't get the materials I needed. I still have yet to receive a refund. I will not use Uhaul again. Terrible customer service. USE RYDERJackson K.
First off, this was not my preferred pickup location. After driving extra miles to this location, I arrived to find it closed. I had been given no information about how to retrieve the keys from the lockbox. I had to call U-Haul support, where I was on hold over 15 minutes. Finally someone answered to walk me through the pick-up procedure. The entire process, from my arrival, took nearly 45-minutes. I was standing on the sidewalk, in the rain, the entire time. I have previously rented everything from carpet cleaners to airplanes. My experience with U-Haul was my worst ever.William N.

I was charged for a full day for being 30 mins late. I picked up at 2:15pm returned at 8:45. The loaction closed early so I wasn't able to let them know I was running late. I stopped and refueled to the appropriate gas level and eas still charged $69 for fuel. I have used Uhaul for 20 years and have never paid more than $110 and that's for full day usage. After giving sufficient notice that you request a rental truck and give a location, the customer should not be left wondering if they will have there request or have to wait till the day before to find out. Also with sufficient notice given the pick up location as well as return should be close to where requested. Too many variables and added stress with this transaction.David N.

It was at a barber shop and the person who checks in the U-hauls was not there on Sundays so the very nice barber (he helped as best he could) helped me but then the person in charge of the U-hauls charged me an extra day.Allie M.
I've been using u haul for over 30 years, this was the worst experience ever. The bad part is I was 4 states away in Alabama, I live in Texas. I got to the place in a barbershop, she didn't have the size truck I reserved, instead of a 20 ft truck, I got a 20 ft truck. She went in the reservation and cancelled my 20 ft, and made a new one for 10 feet. I had a price for one way, and she tried to charge me for a daily rate and for the miles. I had to argue with her and tell her I had a one way rate. I was quoted a rate for the 20 ft and ended up paying more for the 10 ft, instead the price I was quoted for the 20 ft. She told me the trucks don't come in 20 ft. I call the reservation number and the lady told me she had cancelled my orginal reservation and made a new one. Well I ended up leaving half my son's stuff in Alabama in a classmate, hoping it's safe. I was told they would give me a storage unit to put the stuff that couldn't fit, I called repeatedly the number gave me, NO ONE knew what I was talking about!!!! I dropped off the auto transport the same day that I picked it up in Conyers and was charged an extra day for it. I was told that it would be checked in at the same time I dropped the truck off a few hours later. I don't understand how the truck was checked in on time but the transport wasn't when the transport was dropped off first. I want my money back on the extra day but I will never go back to this drop off location again in Huntsville. The Conyers location was great and I had used them several times.Heather W.
Get a new location the place was very unorganized the place smelled of smoke and weed the people inside refused to come out and help me load the trailer on the back of my truck I was very unhappy and would not recommend this location the place was very tight where the had the trailer I had to get to and I barley could get it out please contact me if you have any questionsMichael M.

I was originally scheduled to pick up the truck on Friday. When I arrived at the agreed-upon location which was on Jordan Lane in Huntsville, I was told that my scheduled pickup was for the next day, Saturday. This was obviously not correct because I know when I was moving. I had a confirmation number and a text message from the company stating when I was supposed to pick up the truck. When I arrived at the Jordan Lane location and was informed that I was a day early I was also told that they did not have a truck for me. Thankfully, they found a truck at the Meridian Street location. The Meridian Street location is an empty office. Literally, there is no furniture in it and there was the most clueless employee in the history of mankind sitting in it. He tried at least five times to verify my reservation with the tablet that he was working on. After about 45 minutes of him attempting to try to confirm my truck reservation he finally called a manager who took my information over the phone. I was given no printed contract or any information whatsoever. I had no idea what I was going to be charged nor did I know when it was going to be taken from my credit card. I was given no instructions on how to return the truck after hours. I have rented from U-Haul in the past. This was by far the most miserable experience ever. The truck operated fine and I was able to finish my move. I then looked on my bank statement and noticed that I had been charged two separate times. I was not informed of how the charges would take place and I was surprised to see that on the first day I was charged a little over $200 and then interestingly the next day I was charged another $41. There was no explanation and I still have received nothing in writing and no documentation whatsoever to support the charges or to justify them. At one point after I had picked up the truck I called the U-Haul corporate office. I wanted to know if there was any way I could get any documentation as to what my charges would be. I spoke with the lady who did email me the contract. But had I not contacted her I would have not received anything.anthony G.
