I went to pick up some equipment and was in and out very fast. Sales personnel was very courteous.

Ciarra HThe location is good. But there is Not ample parking space for Uhaul equipment, and customer vehicles. The focus is more on the storage business, and less on space for Uhaul equipment. The staff was very nice for this busy location.
John TThe manager of the operation came out to make sure I knew how to properly attach the trailer to my truck. When I pulled in, he walked out of the office and help me uncouple it. Frankly, I was shocked by the current customer service.

Shane BPlease be sure U-Haul the company has a drop off that is convenient for the customer when you’re doing an out-of-town pick up drop off. I ended up, happened to return my equipment to the same facility. I picked it up which was a huge inconvenience. Due to bridge, tolls, and driving distances.

Linda CPicked up the 5 x 8 trailer and found out that the lights didn’t work. They had no other trailers to take so I personally had to rewire the back lights in order to safely drive it on the road. The employee help me check the lights are they were all working. But when I went around the back of the trailer, I found out that half of them were not.
Jerry CRented me an auto transport with flat tire so that when I loaded my car the trailer popped off of my hitch gouging my plastic rear bumper. The response was call uhaul and I said storage place is responsible for tire inflation so will my rental insurance cover my tow vehicle? Well a case is in process with insurance adjuster coming out to assess, stay positive!!!

William EThe vehicle was disgusting. It had mud all over it. The inside was dirty the seats were ripped and torn The driver’s door was hard to open and close the clip for the wires. It was broken to the visor kept falling down in front of you. This is the worst U-Haul vehicle I have ever rented in my life was not very happy with it when returned to the facility found out that, reverse light on passenger side did not work and I have been driving around with parking light to burnt out. I took pictures of the vehicle if you would like to see the condition of this vehicle when they gave it to me
