Extremely poor after service. No one was there at the time of return. Followed the instructions. I returned the Uhaul at 1.10.pm Invoice says returned at 3.30. Tried a few times calling, went there personally to see the manager. Still did not get back to me. Minor issue, small adjustment on the invoice, but nobody returns the call!Bede C.
The car was not filled up to 7/8 upon pickup. It was at 3/4 tank. I tried using the app, but the app took over 15 min to process my ID before I gave up and called the number on the truck, and was instructed to go inside.Nathan T.

This was my first time using this UHAUL location. I was in a rush, got there before the storage place opened, and used mobile checkin for the first time. Everything was smooth as far as mobile checkin goes, but if the UHAUL is dirty, there's really no recourse to get it cleaned if a human is not present AND you need to be somewhere. Secondly, I returned the UHAUL exactly where the fuel gage should have been but was charged an additional $30 dollars for TWO gallons of gas. If the fuel gage was exactly where it should have been, why am I being charged?JOSHUA T.

I'm so disappointed, when we talked by phone they told me that the price for one week was 144, includes the tax. Then they told me that is $0,79 the mile and we did just 475, we also pay for the coverage $80 the week and when I leave the car there was nobody. Now I'm looking the receive that you sent me, you are charging me like $900. When we supose to pay just 600 and a little bit more. You are stoling us, I hope u will check again and make something soon. There algo was a problem with the oil, next time do the service before rent the van.Santiago P.

My reservation was made for a 10' truck, and the truck was there, but the lady at the counter couldn't find the keys. She called her boss, and he didn't know where they were either. 40 minutes later, they offered to put me in a cargo van at no rental cost (that was kind), so that I would pay insurance and mileage only. That was a good solution, but it didn't happen. I was billed for the whole amount. I had to call back and ask them to refund the rental amount. The lady at the counter seemed like she wasn't all the way there. Asleep? High? Something was not right with her.JASON A.

Out of all the places to rent Uhauls, Simply Storage is the BEST! Jarod, the manager, went well beyond the call of duty by calling the equipment rental company to confirm that they were ready for me to pick up my items. He even suggested a driving route, as he said there was a lot of roadwork being done. Simply Storage's customer service is second to none.ANGELA P.
Since the vehicle only uses E85 fuel(extremely hard to find source), I would recommend where the customer may fill up at.THOMAS S.
I think you should get credit for bringing back the truck early. I was charged almost 300 bucks for using a truck and I only used it possibly about 30 hours total. It's not the location. I just think that I paid a LOT for something that seemed so INEXPENSIVE in the beginning.Vanessa M.
Your online reservation system shows only two or three pick up times. Some times the more convenient time is not available. Not sure what you can do about that because of limited amount of vehicles. But the location was convenient, the vehicle was clean with low mileage, and the agent was very kind. Thank you again for the great service that you provide. Everything was fine. There is only one problem with the rental. Uhaul charged me the incorrect amount and I am still waiting for them to refund the difference if ever. Why is there a Best Rate Guarantee when Uhaul doesn't even give you the Best Rate Guarantee? The local Uhaul representative said they can't do anything about the incorrect pricing and that I would just have to wait for Uhaul to respond.....why???? Just fix the problem. Why is it so hard to charge the proper amount?Aaron L.
Holly was a great help and very courteous. In the past, I dealt with your Manager Jarod. IT'S ALL GOOD. Will continue to rent from you all AND will definitely tell my friends. In fact, a friend and his wife are staging a fundraiser for their dying daughter around Feb 9th, plus or minus. They are trying to get clearance from her doctor in Chattanooga Tennessee to see if she will be permitted to fly home, if she lasts that long. I will get a van for them to haul tables and food to the fundraising venue (unless you folks wish to donate a van for a couple days). The customer service at this location was great! The manager, Jarod, gave me a confirmation call in the morning. I've never had one from other locations. He also was very easy to talk to and friendly. I had a great experience and would definitely do business with this location again.Eric P.
After doing the paperwork and walking out to Truck and seeing the gas tank read 7/8 instead of bearly above 3/4, the mirror would not move to my view I went back in asking for help. Jerid acted mad that he had to get out of his chir to help me and even madder when I asked him to correct the gas leval. I filled the tank to exactly where it was when I picked up the Truck. I took a picture of the tank level and have gas receipt which I will be happy to provide for you. Jerid proceeded to charge me 30.00 for fuleing the truck plus another 11.oo for gas the next day. THIS IS OUTRAGIOUS BEHAVIOUR. $111.67 for a truck I used for 5 1/2 hours and drove 22 miles. I would appreciate if you would adjust my bill accorking to the 39.00 for rental plus milage fee.
