This was the 2nd location of the morning. I tried to use 24/7 @ another location and that was the worst experience ever and based on this experience I would never use uhaul or recommend uhaul to a friend. Customer service was zero help.

Dropped off after hours The service coming directly from U-Haul itself was extremely frustrating: 1. I was kept on hold for up to 20-30 minutes most of the times I called. And I had to call a lot. 2. The pick up location was 40 minutes away, one way. This had concerned us, given we only have so many miles and have to fill up the gas tank. 3. When I called to ask if our pick up could be closer, we were held on hold for so long we just went directly to a near-by U-Haul provider who called for us. They picked up for him immediately. 4. After we found out we could not change the pick up location, we called to find out if we would be compensated for the extra miles and time. The answer was essentially, "call back once you have your final bill". This is after having been on hold over 20 minutes. 5. The drop off location we were originally given did not exist. The "hold" recording seemed to suggest we could drop the truck off anywhere, so that is what we did. Afterward, I called again to confirm we'd done everything correctly and and was informed we could NOT drop the truck off at that location. Please note that the individuals I spoke with on the phone were always friendly, polite, and helpful.

It would be much, much better if you would allow a rental agreement that did not require you to keep the vehicle for four days. I did not need it for that long and would have appreciated a lower rate.

The facility and the employees were great and very prompt and courteous. However, I had made a reservation days prior for a trailer and was given a confirmation email for pickup on 5/28/19 for a location that no longer does U-Haul rentals! I finally found the 26’ truck location but never was able to find the trailer. Ended up having to make a second reservation and take an additional day to pack. Upon arrival to this facility to pick up the trailer the U-Haul website wasn’t working properly and it took almost an hour for the website to work to finalize the paperwork!

Katie was our customer service agent and the best that we have experienced in quite a while. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and pleased. To say that she was exceptional would be selling her short. She is the perfect example of what a Manager and/or Customer Service Manager should be. My wife was blown away by Katie's attention and assistance. We will certainly seek Katie out when we need our next truck rental in North Georgia.

Website is a fiasco! Unfortunate since U Haul personnel seem able and competent. Suggest dealing directly with a U Haul facility and bypassing the Website process.

This has been the best experience with our move! We have used Simple Storage on 3 occasions and have had no issues!!! The staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable!!! We also have a storage unit with them, pricing is great for the unit! The property is well maintained and very secure!! We trust Simple Storage with all of our moving and storage needs!!! As I only dropped the vehicle off at this location, during non-business hours .... I didn't have any interaction with staff. But I will say ... as a single woman, entering during late evening hours ... the location was clean, inviting, organized & well-lit ... I felt safe being there alone ... and felt safe leaving the vehicle on their lot.

I originally booked the rental at a location in a different city much closer to my home. My reservation was changed without my consent or knowledge. I only found out that my original reservation pick up location had been changed because when I arrived the vehicle wasn’t there. I would recommend that you honor your customers’ requests regarding the location they choose to rent vehicles from.

Great experience all around! The gas gauge suggestion for refilling the tank is not accurate. At half tank, gauge suggests I put in 7.8 gallons to meet the 3/4 tank return requirement but it put me at almost a full tank.

The employee was nice. The issue I have is the ball on my hitch was rated 3500 lbs. On the phone making reservation I was told this was fine. When I arrived to pick up tow dolly employee said I need a ball that is rated 5000 lbs. I asked him to let me buy a new ball, he said I had to purchase the entire hitch and ball. This is not fair. I felt trapped as I had to have the ball to leave with the dolly. If he had the hitch and ball he should have been able to just sell me the ball and let me install it on my hitch. Instead I was forced to buy another 26.00 hitch with ball I didn't need. I feel as though I should be refunded for that hitch. The tow dolly also had a crack in both sides by the wiring.

The whole experience was great. There's not really anything you could improve. The car trailer worked and was well maintained and the employee showed how to hook it up and secure the vehicle. He also gave several tips about driving with a trailer which were helpful as I've never hauled a vehicle before. In the future I'll definitely use U Haul again.

this was the worst uhaul experience, and i rent alot..i original had a rental of a truck and car hauler...the day before i get a call telling me that both pcs were not at one location...only 2 1/2 miles apart ..i ask if they were both open til 5 and was assured that was the case...not. I was scheduled to pick up between 12 and 1....i arrived at 12:20. to a closed office...it was obvious that the mgr was gone quite often as the sign on the door said to call if no one was there...i called twice and sent a text...finally he called back and showed up about 10 minutes later...he did not know how to process the paper work and i had already completed the online check in...I had already spoken with the carhauler uhaul and he was very nice but he should have closed at noon....but he was willing to wait for us....he was very nice and tried to assist us with getting in touch with the first guy, he even tried reaching the district manager but he was gone for the weekend....we finally got to him after 2....this screwed the rest of our day as we were trying to load everything and return home that evening....needless to say we had to get a hotel room and spend the night due to this screw up.....i don't like being lied to and I was on Friday by the girl from the traffice office.....it is quite evident that the only person on Friday and Saturday from Uhaul that really cared about us was the last gentleman from Blades..I rent several uhauls a month and actually have to rent one in the morning and I am think twice about where to put my business.
