I had rats in my unit it was also broke into in which I have a police report and insurance claim. The staff was friendly and did call me to tell me about my unit being broke into. I had over $1500 of Barbies stolen.Judy M. | Overall Experience

The manager of the location was rude from the 1st phone call all the way to drop off. If I wouldn't have been in need of a truck to move I would have sold all my possessions online and lived in a tent outside, and will definitely do that again before I ever deal with that location or that Manager again.DONALD B.

Terrible experience. Office person, Clint, was awful to deal with. He made zero effort to help with our reservation, and continually made it clear we were an inconvenience to him. There was a mismatch with our zip code (Clint typed it in wrong apparently) and our bank refused the charge. While we were on the phone getting it unlocked, Clint told us to hurry up because he wanted to take his lunch. When Clint wouldn't help us rent a truck in person, we booked online for immediate pickup at this location. While we were booking, Clint locked us out of the office, then left. Once our reservation was booked, Clint refused to give us the keys saying "I won't do an online booking." We asked if a manager or owner were available, and Clint refused to get anyone else saying, "I decide what happens on this property." The whole experience felt like we had to force Clint to do business with us. Definitely won't be using this location ever again. Clint is poison to this location and a poor representative if the national uhaul brand. Truck was filthy--debris in the back, and dog hair packed in the cab. AC won't blow through vents.=. NBD for what we had to move, but could be a terrible experience if someone has a cross-country move.Daniel L.

The description online says it's a 6 x 12 trailer with ramp. But the rear entry is less than 5 feet. I rented the trailer only to find out I could not use it because of lesser width at rear gate. So basically I paid $45 for a trailer I was not able to use.Michael H.

I have rented from this location several times but I will never rent from this location again. The guy was a complete prick. He asked what my street number was and I asked him for which street and he raised his voice and said â€œI NEED YOUR ADDRESSâ€ I asked for which address and he just screamed at me â€œ I NEED YOUR ADDRESSâ€ I don't know if he's talking about my physical address, my business address or the place I'm staying at in that area. He was so rude. Just because he knows everything about renting U-Hauls doesn't give him the right to disrespect me. He also purposely waited an hour and a half to check in my U-Haul so I got charged for an extra day. Again, I will never rent from this location again.Chaz R.

There was mud on the driver side floor. When we opened the back to load it there was an overwhelming smell of cat urine. My husband is allergic to cats and his eyes swelled and he had a hard time breathing.Eric S.

The location we returned this truck to is fraudulently representing the state of the returned truck and charging us an additional $49.50. They are claiming we did not return the truck full of gas, resulting in a charge of $19.50. I personally filled the tank at a filling station less than 2 miles from the drop off location. I then drive straight to the drop off location. It is physically impossible that I used 8 gallons of gas from the station to the location. They are also charging $30 for cleaning, however my wife cleaned the cab and box completely prior to returning the truck. We returned it in better condition than we found it upon pickup. I have rented from Uhaul numerous, times and have familythat run a Uhaul location, and have never been cheated by a location before this attempt at fraud.STEPHEN R.
