The location was fine. The guy there was very helpful and nice. All good. My only complaint is the UHAUL website experience. It's not easy to navigate and it's primary purpose seems to be to sell you as much stuff as possible. You have to remove things from the list or you get things you dont even want. I call that bad business practice.

David SLocal location was good. The person was helpful when I called them. However both the pick up and drop off interaction with the APP were very poor- I think I told someone it was Terrible. I had to call and/or chat both times. The pick-up took 45 minutes because the APP is so bad. The Drop off also took about 20 minutes, again the APP is not good. If you want to call me, I can share details. I am also not a big fan of your pricing -- the actual cost is 3x the advertised price.

Colin OThe online pick-up process is unworkable. I could not access keys to the truck using the app. I had to call someone at this location and luckily they were on site. Your app and online pick-up process is very poor and needs some serious work to streamline ease for the user. I was also charged for the safemove coverage when I 100% did not select this when I rented the truck on-line. I would like this $28 charge refurnded.
