Noone was there at @ 4:20 pm, it was dirty looking with junk all around lot

Melissa HThe location is convenient to anyone in the Biloxi area. The location is on a four lane street with easy turn around and easy entrance to the shop. They had the trailer ready to go as soon as I was done booking it. The motorcycle trailer works perfect with tie down loops in the right areas. It is heavy duty.

Melissa HOnly one slight issue with the vehicle which was the driver side door latch didn't align correctly so you really had to slam the door hard to get it to close. Nothing that prevented it's use.

Kristy RVery unprofessional. Truck engine light was on and truck wouldn't shift gears. Went right back to let them know and was told they knew check engine light was on but it was fine. Told us truck shifts just fine. Truck was filthy inside. Man acted like he was on drugs.

Mary AMy only bad thing was the availability of uhaul trucks they kinda overbooked and didn't have any available even with the reservation. But other than that they were very friendly and understanding,also willing to help with any questions or needs.

darryl tMake sure the size truck that is reserved is actually available. Was informed that the small (10ft) was never returned (4 days prior) . He's only option was to give us a 20ft, when I told him I got the guarantee or $50 he offered to knock $10 off the price, it wasn't until I stepped out to call other places he said he would just charge me for the 10ft. That was waaay to much truck, and we ended up having to pay more per mile. All around just a hassle.

Luetricia SShowed it was open for normal business hours but when we arrived the door was locked and no one was there. The door had a piece of wood on it to keep it closed and it was in a terrible part of town. I called my Tampa customer care number and they too tried to contact the owner with no success. The customer care then had to send me a link to do the return online instead. Terrible that you have this place down as a drop off.

Jeff MWent to two locations before one was open. Had a 9am reservation to pick up a car hauler at A & J mini mart….at 9:30 am they were still not open even though their signs show a 7:00 am open time. I strongly suggest that U-Haul find some better locations.
Joe LOnly issue was, I ordered an appliance dolly, and received a phone call minutes before I was to pick up the truck, informing me they didn't have an appliance dolly 😑 Had to scramble to find a dolly .

Gregory DNo one contacted me about location change, no dollie, no furniture dollie or 12 blankets. Doors were closed early. Man rode by and said check in with app and left. Spend 45 min on hold and had rep from different area call and tell us how to get in truck.
TESSA TAbsolutely horrible! I made reservations and there was no truck when we arrived! I was then told that reservations only holds a spot and not a truck...this should be told to customers up front and not after the fact when people are trying to move. Moving is difficult enough and uhaul just made it worse. And the customer service line were no help all they could say is make another reservation.
