No one was at the office when we arrived at 12:30 to drop off trailer. Apparently the office is no longer staffed. Called the number available but that person did not deal with the "U-Haul Rental Part". Had to call another number then wait for them to call back to be told I just needed to drop it off in the back.Robert C.

U-Haul web page did not work properly for me or the above dealer. Then the U-Haul online quote was over $330 or something that usually costs under $100. That's ridiculous and dishonest. Thankfully the dealer employee was able to reduce the price to a still high but somewhat reasonable $105.Jack A.

No one was there when we went to pick up, she didn't even finish the check in process we found out. When returning the trailer no check in process was done while there. I got contacted later saying they had no record of returning. The size trailer we ordered wasnt there when picking up. The hitch needed a jack. Very unprofessional experience.Meshia R.

Watch the gas hand on the vehicles more closely. We drove a 15 footer for 15.6 miles. We put 2 gallon of gas in the truck before we returned it which the station where we put the gas in it was less than 2 miles from the drop off location. We were then billed for 4 gallons on top of the rental fee. That is $3.25 a gallon. Per Google, that size truck averages 10 mile per gallon. We averaged less than 8 miles per gallon.Jimmy M.

Not much needed in the way of improvement for this well managed office. The office manager at this location, Jennifer Webb, does an outstanding job of juggling duties and equipment while keeping everything clean and in good working order. Jennifer handles her customers well and works hard getting the proper equipment to her customers for the appropriate job, move and application.Bruce B.

There was no drop box outside pictures showed drop box outside but none to be found. I spent 30 minutes doing around the lot looking for it. I tried to call U-Haul no answer. Location phone No answer finally found the inside drop box. No signage showed a inside Dropbox . U-Haul also charged me extra mileage to drop off at a location out of my way.Richard D.

The gas purchase agreement is messed up. I drove rent truck for 5 miles and had to bring the tank to full which took 4.00. For 5 miles and I felt ripped! Everything else was good. That was almost a dollar per mile plus the millage.Vincent S.

I didn't know I would be required to transfer their inventory. I went to the prescribed location to drop the trailer. They refused acceptance. Said they had too much inventory. Better internet service would help to shorten the check in and out system. I was there for more than 30 minutes, while they had to move from computer to computer.Jon T.
Despite having an email confirmation of my reservation the attendant repeatedly commented that I should have been there to pick up my truck the day before. I am concerned that the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Clearing this matter up wasted a lot of my time. You need to improve coordination and develop a more customer friendly approach to your mistake.Michael G.
