I did an online rental and checked in via my phone. When advised to go into store and ask for keys, attendant would not give keys to me and advised me that the system said I was returning the truck. He called uhaul and had the original reservation canceled although I already received an authorization for it. He wanted to do another authorization which I didn't want. After an hour and a half of dealing with this, ended up using another credit card for authorization and payment. When talking to Jessica at customer service she said I would recieve a voucher for $20 that could be used to assist in payment of this issue. This was never received. Poor experience, very poor follow up.

Worst customer service experience ever. They charged me for two days, double insurance, $20 late fee, and $17 for gas even though gas was coming out when I filled it. Text the owner and he never responded. I will never go back.

The owner assist me and when above and beyond to help me with all my questions and review of the terms and conditions. I would recommend using his services again to anyone in need.

The man at the store, while trying to do his best, clearly had not done the check in process many times. It took 45 minutes to get my truck. He was on the phone with Uhaul almost the entire time as they walked him through the process. Returning the vehicle was the same type of problems in reverse. He was trying to charge me for over twice the mileage I had put on the vehicle Eventually the employee just sent me away without completing the check in process and said he would call me. I wound up having to call U-Haul customer service, which was very unhelpful. Luckily while I was on the phone with customer service the man from the pickup location called and had completed the check in process and got the charges correct. This is an extremely poor place for a pick-up/drop-off location. It is a very busy gas station/convenience store in a poor area of town. I have never seen more than one employee working there at any time so both the pick-up and drop-off processes where constantly interrupted by the employee having to deal with customers.At one point I had to stand aside while the employee processed over 10 transactions from gas station customers. The employee was helpful, but not knowledgeable, and the place was understaffed. Frankly it was a terrible experience. The nearby Currie Park location is much better but they didn't have any 10 or 15 foot trucks available. I would suggest getting rid of this location and do more out of the Currie Park location.

I rented this truck for a move that was 16 miles each way and weeks later get a new receipt for 78 miles on the truck. Im not exactly sure what happened, but something was clearly done wrong and it seems im stuck paying for it. I've emailed back but have heard nothing.

Notify the independent dealer that the rental is scheduled. It took a long time to get keys and confirmation that I had rented the truck. They also required me to give them my DL to take a picture of in addition to the ones I did through the mobile app

The attendant at the gas station didn't know anything about the vehicle. I asked if it was USB capable and he said yes sure but it wasn't . I would suggest uhaul do a better way of communicating what is in their trucks. Not sure if I missed it but there wasn't a ramp and my 75 year old father in law was jumping up and down when helping. Clearly not ideal.

I made a reservation and did the express checkout online. It took a few minutes to find the location since it wasn't a regular haul store. I only knew the gas station was the spot because of the parked u-haul trucks. The guy kept asking for our information and they didn't seem to know what they were doing. They finally called a u-haul rep. The gas station worker was nice but It took 50 minutes to actually get my truck. It threw off my day and I didn't get everything done in time to catch my flight last night. I do not recommend mobile locations.

The check engine light was on when we picked it up. There was garbage left over from previous rental. The rate that was quoted over the phone was NOT what we were charged. It took us longer to get the truck and return it than the time we used the truck. I would never go back to this rental place again

I was not able to connect the tail lights to my truck. the pigtail was to short. I asked at the rental place,they didn't have any. Went to autozone and purchased one. the lights still didn't work.

The attendent was not very knowledgable of "U-Haul". They didn't even know the "U-Haul" corporate number. We turned our equipment in on Saturday and the information was not communicated to "U-Haul" corporate until we recieved a late notice on Monday and we had to call in to make sure that we would not get charged.

Cab was filthy. previous user had been smoking & left the ashtray full & ashes all over the seat. Also left mud all over the floor mat. Attendant tried to charge me for a full tank of gas when it was 3/4 full. This was a replacement truck. The one we reserved had a leaky bed--it was raining heavily & the bed was soaking wet. Took almost an hour to complete the transaction so that I could take possession of the vehicle to start loading. Had a problem renting also. The first place we called didn't handle u-haul trucks any longer, but was still listed on the website. Second place we called had trouble understanding English & what we needed.

I was dissapointed that it is advertised that you can "pick" your move online. I was contacted the day before that the location had been switched to crosstown, and the number for the new location online is a fax line. The woman here was courteous but the location was quite far and is a gas station.

The person who rents the uhaul had to be called in, and took over 45 minutes to get there. I was on time for my appt at 5 pm. Truck had graffiti down one side which was embarrassing.
