The truck was dirty. Had ashes all over it and trash rolling on floor behind seat. The windshield whippers needed replaced, the breaks was awful and needing replaced and overall I was afraid for my life in this truck. Disappointed, I took the truck back as soon as possible.

I dropped the keys in the lock box but relied on the office people to check-in the truck the next day. I did not see the text and email check-in instructions until the next day.

Robert C.Front drivers tire had slow leak and the trailer tongue was only 2†off ground. I stayed in my truck and didn't notice. Had to stop at another actual uhaul place before I left town and pay to have my hitch ball flipped around after I was loaded.
