Not open during late afternoon Saturday and not open Sunday. Only on-line drop off. Would have preferred in-person to ask a few questions. Need to clarify business hours more clearly for drop-off’s.

Fix the web site so Items ( Tape , boxes etc) aren't loaded making us taking them off. Even though I removed the dolly it still showed up during check out? Why??? Way too much over selling Also could you start having some senior citizens and militarily discounts. Thanks

The owner told me to unhook the trailer (7x12 footer!) after returning. He does not care about giving U Haul exoerience to the regular customer ofr 30 years! Anyway I would not come back nor recommend this U Haul facility.

It was extremely difficult to figure out how to pick up the truck. If I had not had the ability to speak with a customer service agent, this pick-up would've been next to impossible to figure out. Also, the lock box was extremely difficult to open, and it almost seemed like it was broken.

They forgot to add my appliance Dolly and I still had to pay for the equipment. Had to park my car and pick up the truck in the back but return it in the front so I had to walk in the dark towards the back.

For Uhaul in general: I rent trucks and trailers from Uhaul several times per year for business and the process of scheduling and more specifically: picking up and dropping off gives me great pause. Please consider the business model adopted by Hertz car rental for their (me) Gold customers. Show up and pick any one in the row and off you go. I once waited 2 hours to get through a line of 10 waiting customers ( @ 20 minutes each!) With just one agent at the desk. I often have to hook up and disconnect anyway.

There was about a half inch of water in the back of the truck when I picked it up. The store had nothing for me to clean it up with do I had to buy rolls of paper towels. They also did not have the 6 moving blankets that I ordered, so I had to buy bubble wrap.

I often rent UHauls for staging properties and for moving furniture to my 6 furnished rentals, and the rental truck I was able to use for my daughters move from TX to SC was great. I was nervous, I had rented some trucks in SC that would not allow me to turn on the lights. I had never used a truck for this long of a haul. However, it all turned out great. This truck was newer and was easy to drive and maneuver. (it even had USB charging ports for our phones and GPS) We had great weather and the only complication was the storm that came through the east coast and took a day of unloading away from me. However, you all gave me enough time to do the unload the next day and get the truck back. Over all an excellent experience! Thank you Thank you! We would recommend your location in the future.

I'm not sure if the truck was maintained well - it ran fine. However, it was very dirty inside, it had no windshield washer fluid and it smelled inside. It appears to have never been cleaned. You could see the dirt on my hands after I held the steering wheel. My experience with U Haul is typically better.

Truck and van rented were both not clean and had many dents, missing trim parts, and big scratches. Not the same caliber of U-Haul trucks that have rented in the past.

The app is trash. 24/7 share feature is not available at this location and doesn't work anyway. Location services glitches. Owner was late showing up to open. When inspecting the vehicle I had to dispute all the photos and submit new ones because they weren't of the vehicle I was rented. Vehicle had less than half a tank of gas on pickup. 2 to 5 days for the refund of the deposit is ridiculous, CASHAPP is not a "gift card". Couldn't do an early return because the app refuses to work properly. Not in any rush? Don't wanna use a crappy app? This place is fine.

This is the second time I rented 9’ truck from this location. Each time I was given the same accidental/ dented truck whose sliding door is stuck and doesn’t open up. Each time the fuel tank was less than full. Why you guys rent out such trucks which are accidental and cannot fully operate ? Very bad on U-Haul.

I rented a 6x12 cargo trailer on Monday. Unfortunately there was an issue on the trailer( or setup issue which was provided by the employee from the location). There was smoke from the trailer, I just drove for less than 10 minutes. So I called the road assistant service from UHaul. The towing company got the trailer back. Because it wasted me 2+ hours I don't have time to process my moving. I asked the customer representative for a refund , and she agreed. Please check from your end and let me know when your team will process the refund. Thank you

The truck was clean, but needs maintenance. Even when empty, it was difficult to get it over 60 without it bouncing all over the road and pulling to the right. I've driven quite a few larger moving trucks/Semi trucks, and non had this issue.

Trailer was parked behind the shop. I was asked to go and help myself. Not bothered to come back and see if I can use properly or not. I was charged 10$ more that what amount I booked for which was guaranteed.

Directions to exactly where the uhaul was parked would have been helpful. Also because it was not clearly marked I drove around the incorrect side of the complex, through a construction site where the only cone was located in a pile of trash. I ended up bottoming out my car as it dropped a good six inches onto exposed rebar.

The owner is very rude and arrogant. The truck rode very rough and clanky and I have drove many trucks. Then was charged extra day and he acted like nothing. He wanted me to pick up truck early so could leave early but expected me to pay extra, so had to call on that as well. I would not recommend this location at all.

I requested a web pickup and first of all the unit was not available at the front or where it should be, i have to drive more and find my unit. Once i found it ( behind the stores entrance in a road damaged parking lot) i had to drive back to a store to pick my key, the store has a small sign of uhaul and hard to find because uhaul website doesn’t specify that is a partner store. Got my key and drive back to the back parking lot. To my surprise no dolly even when I requested in advance, since I didn’t want to drive back and i was 30 minutes late i when to do my stuff without the dolly. When I returned the unit the store owner came out and ask about the dolly, i told him it wasn’t there and he argued that he gave it to me or to my wife (she was waitng for me in. My car) i told him NOT and he accepted. After that everything when smooth because i left. Not going back to this location

I rented the truck to have my movers move our belongings onto the uhaul. When our movers made it to us it was dark out, the following morning we unloaded our stuff and it was full of dirt and all kinds of debris. There was pills, broken glass, marbels, dust and a ton of orher types of trash onto. The man insured that the truck was clean and ready to go when I asked did I need to check it over. He fanned and said it’s fine. I called to complain to him about the condition of truck and insisted that the truck had been cleaned and I assured him that it hadn’t, he then stated that maybe someone got into the truck and that’s the reason it was dirty. Finally, after me telling him multiple times how filthy the truck was and that he would have known the truck was filthy if he had checked it after every single person brings it back then my items wouldn’t be full of dirt. So, he finally agreed with me and told me that I was right. I’m not happy at all, however I needed the truck for our belongings. I will not be using this location ever again.

The combination lock was very hold to open. It should be lowered on pole by at least 12”. A short woman would not be able to see the letters very well. I had never seen a combination lock like that so some instructions would have been helpful. And it told a minute to understand “talk” was the combination code

Took almost an hour to access the key through the self service locking mechanism. Sat on hold with customer service for over 15 minutes. Finally another store clerk in the shopping center where the U-Haul office was located assisted us in obtaining the key!!! Otherwise, not bad...we were able to extend the rental for another day without issue.

Was charged for an extra day. It was due to be dropped off on Wednesday August 10 per the email and we did drop it off then. There was no time indicated in the email from uhaul. He refused to check in the trailer and give me a receipt and said I have to wait until he checks it in an emails me the receipt. Now I know it was to charge me for an extra day that didn’t occur. We will not use this again and just get a pod instead.

1. You must be sure that you’ve made oil change to your track 2. Your battery should be well charged to avoid the issues of starting the track because the battery is dead 3. The brakes must be verified because they were not well fixed

Initial reservation was made at a location that was close to my home. I was rerouted to a second location that was additional 6 miles away. The primary location of pick up was a sign in print shop not a U-Haul. The truck windshield was dirty making it difficult to view out of. The tenant was plenty nice but I did not receive any information regarding gas and mileage requirements.
