Daniel D.Windshield was filthy when i picked up the truck and there was no windshield cleaner. It did not help that UHaul changed my pick up location twice because someone else couldn't be bothered with returning the truck to the correct location. The location they chose to send me to was closed when i arrived and the online check-in was very slow (more than 25 min to get to an operator who could verify the info i had already given on the first check in). If a person had been there, it would have been done in 10 min or less. Not acceptable. UHaul needs a better logistics system for their trucks if you needed to relocate my pick up not once but twice. It's most definitely not acceptable to expect me to change my request because someone else couldn't be bothered with returning the truck to the proper location.

Caleb R.Worst location I've ever been to. First off, The employee showed up to work an hour late, so my day started about 2 hours behind schedule. Secondly, I Scheduled for a 15 foot truck with an appliance dolly. I ended up with a 10 foot truck and regular dolly. I was originally quoted $80 dollars with my 15 foot truck and was charged $197 for the 10 foot truck. I feel robbed, cheated and made a complete fool. You guys just lost a future customer and anyone else I can tell to not use you guys for future moves cause you clearly don't care about customer care.
Jonathan L.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I already complained on the corporate line. They locked the keys INSIDE the vehicle and I struggled for 30 minutes to get into the vehicle. I had to fish out the keys with a broom I found in the alley.
