Eloise PalumboThe closing was not done upon the return. We discussed the high mileage I had put on the truck (far above the 30 mile range that the estimate was based on). We also discussed the hose (from under the truck) that I had tied to back hitch, that I found during my drive. This was connected to the gas tank under the truck (not observed when picking up the truck). This also explains why the gas gauge was indicating empty (aprox. 42 miles available) while the documentation indicated the tank should be a quarter full (the gas had been siphoned off). Finally we discussed the gas level when I returned. I had misjudged the amount I needed for my return trip, consequently the tank was more than a quarter full (as opposed to near empty). He stated that I should receive a credit for the extra gas I had returned the truck with. This was not reflected in the emailed closing statement.

Charles McBrideThis comment is not about where I got the truck from, rather the Yuba City uhaul center. That place is a ABSOLUTE SHITSHOW. The customer service is horrible, and the guy that was helping me was either hungover or stoned. Sierra tire and trailer on the other hand was awesome to deal with.

Steven BrodieVery bad customer service. Made it 10 miles down the road and all the lights went out on the trailer in the middle of the night, spent a hour and a half tracing wires and found wires melted to frame under trailer at right front. Had to replace blown fuse on truck caused bye bad wiring.

DENIQUE DUMASFuel line was disconnected from tank (gas thieves?) when I picked rental up. Street was under construction so I did not complete a full vehicle inspection (I didn't look underneath) at time of pick up. Fuel spilled at gas station, approximately 3 gallons. Returned to rental location for repairs after calling agent. Adjustment for the spilled fuel was applied to my bill.

The on-site employee, Ryan, made the procedure super smooth and easy. I could not have asked for better! Should the need arise, I will definitely be returning!

Michael FordOrder was messed up man at pickup point gave my reserved trailer to someone else so I had to drive pulling the trailer they had reserved 45 min away trade out trailers and drive back another 45 min. They also didn't have the blankets I had reserved so I had to go to another store to get those. All in all cost me at least 2 to 3 hours of my own time to be charged the same price.
BRET BAKERThe location was very inconvenient for me. I had to drive 1.5 hours just to get the trailer..and for that reason only, I would look at a different vendor. The Uhaul station in Marysville was excellent service though.

DONNA WAHLBERGThere were cockroaches in the truck that I rented. I asked if i could get a discount since there were roaches in the car and got no discount. I dont expect a uhaul to be the cleanest and luxurious vehicle as i am only using it to haul bricks and materials, but cockroaches are totally disgusting. The owner said he hosed it down before, and he probably did, but the roaches were hiding under the seat. I am not going to that location again.

MICHAEL GRAYThe problem with the rental started by telling me that I could get the truck and trailer from your Rancho Cordova office, but calling back to say that nothing was available and I would have to go approximately 45 miles to the Marysville location. And the trailer wasn't there. Then was told that the trailer wouldn't be available until 4:30 pm guaranteed but would have to pick up in Yuba City. This caused delays in my moving process, because I then had to go back to Rancho Cordova to get the car before we could go to my home. It was very frustrating because I had to empty my deceased son's apartment and take all his belongings to my house which is approximately 3 to 4 hours away.
