RYAN AMy Uhaul trailer tire blew out while driving, and resulted in damage to my pickup. Plus, when I returned the trailer I asked the location for basic information on the process and procedure of the Uhaul claim, and they were not able to help me.

JENNIFER Athis is my 3rd time using this uhaul and all 3 times the guy who i think is the manager ( little guy with short brown hair who chainsmokes in the parking lot ) was totally rude and unhelpful… this last time he was yelling at one of the workers out in the parking lot super awkward and inappropriate to do in front of a customer the uhaul was clean and worked decently but you guys need a new manager

ROBERT BBoth times we've rented a truck from this location we've had a great experience. Friendly, efficient and fast! No need to improve anything or anyone.
SANDRA SI saw three trucks an all were extremely dirty inside and one smelled terribly of marijuana in the storage area. First truck I took was driving very poorly, I believe a transmission problem, and had a giant crack in the windshield. I have had good experiences at this location but sadly it seemed like they didn't even attempt to maintain their trucks.
