I never received my receipt like I was told. I gave them the keys and was basically shewed off by the guy, and he told me to wait for an email receipt. Never got one. I'm curious about my charges and need this for tax purposes. If this could be sent to me, that'd be appreciated. Thanks.Sedona H.

Vehicle was clean and comfortable however, after driving a 40 mile round trip to pick it up, the oil light came on as I arrived back to Delaware. Store owner directed me to take photo of oil light and fill oil and when I returned the van, he reimbursed me for the cost of the oil, so I don't want to make it sound like he was completely unreasonable. Still I had to make the extra phone call, take and send in photos, drive out to a store, purchase oil, refill the oil, and then check the oil repeatedly during my 48 hour rental, not to mention that I was charged $.39/mile to drive out and buy oil. Quite honestly, could have done without the extra headaches, time and expense, when I was already trying to manage a move. Could have been worse, but could have been betterHolly T.

I received a phone call from a rep at another location. She told me my reservation is being changed to a new location. Since it was two miles away, I was fine with it. I showed up on time, and the person at the counter was not aware I was picking up a sprinter van. He later found my name in the system, and said, â€œIt's a good thing you're here. There is another reservation for that van at the same time. First come first serve.â€ I can't imagine the frustration had I been just a little later than the other reserver. Why would you allow me to reserve at a location without a van present? And why would you then transfer me to a location that is double-booked? The clerk at the location was very helpful, which is why I give it three stars (five stars for his professionalism). 0 for the previous location.Shannon S.

The customer service of this location was good. However, I ordered a dolly and furniture mats to move furniture I purchased. Because I did not have the proper equipment to move the furniture, I could not pick it up and was charged because of it. Your website should not falsely advertise locations have access to equipment that they do not. The end result of that is me not being able to utilize what I rented the Uhaul for and not being able to get the merchandise I purchased. I should be refunded for my purchase as I had no control over this entire situation.DeVon P.

I need to speak with a uhaul supervisor the store that I rented my uhaul from is trying to charge me way over the miles I used and he did go through proper procedure with me. I never got to do a walkthrough and check things with him he just gave me the keys after I did my mobile pick up. It was trying to prompt me to do a walkthrough but once I clicked next it just took me to the vet keys page and after that e surging was done I am very upset because this has never happened before and now I'm gettin recharged way over what I was suppose to be charged for will be calling in the morning kKitana S.
Look I'm so sorry for the miss understanding my step sister told me she talked to the lady and extended the time on the truck and showed me where uhaul took the money of for the rental I was shocked when my sister told me she was approached by a uhaul guy stating the vehicle was reported stolen I my self just got back in town from London ohio I don't have a license so I never could drive it myself they took forever even moving my things and my purse was in vehicle with belongings that belonged to my step mom how do I obtain my property and I'm so sorry for me being mislead by Cassandra Smith the one who asked me to put my name on itprincess H.

My appointment was 330pm, when I got there the owner was not there. I had to wait 15 minutes for the owner to come. When he came at 348 we started the process and then he said there was no equipment available to rent to put my stuff on and move them. It's very unprofessional. When I went back to return the truck he was not there at all. I left the key with his wife who told me they will get back to me later.Mariatou K.

We had to be transferred to this site as our first reservation site did not have an open store. It took over an hour to rectify along with a smaller truck as the outcome. Uhaul did work with us giving us an additional 3 hours to finish the move with the smaller vehicle.MITCHELL P.

There needs to be better communication between uhaul and the locations. I requested an 8 am virtual pickup, but when I showed up at 8 am the store was closed and there was no way to pick up the truck. If you can't pick up a truck before business hours that should be stated when you are reserving the equipment.joshua C.

i used the online to pick my truck up and sat for 30 mins before getting the keys also there was a lock on the back of the truck which took more time to get off as we didn't have 90 mins to wait in a locksmith so we did it ourselves. Worse experience dealing with U-HaulMorgan C.

There's a discrepancy between the posted hours and the hours listed in Uhaul's system (ie they close at 8 rather than 9 etc) so you might want to fix that.Philip F.

The service at this location was very helpful. We were originally scheduled for a mobile pickup at 8:00am at the Convenant Media LLC location at 2424 Home Acre Dr Columbus, OH 43231. I wouldn't recommend to anyone to use the mobile check in. The photos were not processed correctly causing us to not be able to proceed with our pick up. We ended up going to another location that opened at 10:00am. We were then put behind schedule and were not able to complete everything needed for the day. We will now have to rent another truck.adane M.
Customer service was great from the owner of the grocery store, but unfortunately I was charged for over 30 miles when I in fact drove 7.3 miles and I was also charged for a CDW protection when I decline the protection in-store verbally to the Clerk. The Experience aside to all of his errors was still decent. I'd recommend going directly to Uhaul for accuracy. I'll be calling customer service to have the charges removedAndre R.
