ANTHONY AIt was a rainy weekend and water was able to get into the back of the truck causing damage to bottoms of cardboard boxes my things were packed in. Not a pleasant experience to have boxes with soaking wet bottoms about to break open.

TERRY OThe truck size that I reserved was not available when I arrived. I ended up with a smaller vehicle. We made it work but it was disappointing. And, if I would have shown up for an early pickup as planned before the store was open, I would have been very frustrated. Fortunately, I picked up the truck after the store was open and the woman working there did her best to help me with this situation.

Temporary address is listed below: Past rentals from this location had fueled the vehicle and this truck had only a quarter of a tank. Kris SThe trailer smelled like Dead bodies were stored in it. As soon as we opened the back door we were hit with a smell of death and decay, and no clean at all . Was not happy with the cleaning or lack of.

Charlie MI have used this location in the past and the service has always been great. The service was excellent this time as well. The truck was not in very good shape...pretty beat up on the outside. That wasn't a problem but the heat did not work in this truck. We were only using the truck to load supplies and move them to a location a short distance away. It was cold but because it was a short distance, it was bearable. If I would have been driving a long distance, it would not have been a comfortable ride. You need heat in a vehicle when in live in Iowa in the winter.

DEBORAH RAfter I filled the gas to where it was suppose to be and I have a photo to prove this this location still charged me $15 saying I did not fill the tank. Maybe if someone was actually at the location when I dropped it off this wouldn’t have happened. This entire trip was a complete disaster and will not be using uhaul again.

LEE BI rented a 10’ truck twice and the first time the truck was incredibly clean but the second pickup I did the truck still needed a good sweep (it had sand of some sort all over the back and an Arby’s cup was jammed above one of the wheel housings). Otherwise the staff were very helpful, mobile check-in and check-out was easy, and my overall experience was positive.
Carrie GI booked online using my U-Haul account. My driver's license, emergency contact info etc was updated. Opted for electronic pickup. Arrived on site to find the U-Haul app was not working. Two other customers were in line in front of me, with only one employee on site. My pickup was scheduled at 10:30. Arrived at 10:15. Did not have truck on the road until almost 11 AM. At this point, 4 or five others were in line behind me. After leaving, I noticed the fuel tank was below 25%. I was not charged to fully refuel as I only put about 15 miles on the truck, but not convenient had I needed to get on the road. Truck was very clean and in excellent shape. The employee on duty did an outstanding job under the circumstances, remaining professional, polite and even smiling as he worked through a number of less than thrilled customers.

Anna SThe truck was in poor condition. The rear ramp connection was broken (we couldn't stow it and had to put it in the cargo space) and the brake alarm went off at random times while driving. I recommend more robust maintenance of the vehicles.
Steven ALeft front tire was bald on the inner half. Front end was out of alignment and the vehicle pulled to the right. Otherwise it was a good vehicle.
Michael GRepresentative at the counter was not very helpful, I made a reservation online and when I showed up I was told that it would not work, he stated I could take the truck but would need to return it earlier than my original online reservation, I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate the early drop off, when dropping off I was not able to go into the location as the door was looked during business hours, after sitting out front for 10 minutes a person appeared and checked the truck in stating she didn’t know where to park the truck as there so many on-site. I told her I was directed to drop the truck off at that time and she stated that should not have been required.
