Service was quick and friendly at this location. I had a rental in 10 minutes. The truck was pretty neat in cleanliness and was in top notch working condition. The truck actually roared. Must’ve been a newer truck, but it definitely had power behind it. Return was easy peasy. I’ll be coming back again for my moving needs.

in general good for drop-off if the gate is open, otherwise nobody is there and it take at least 20-30 min until someone arrives

I rented and was charged for a hand truck/dolly and it was not on the truck and the location was self pick up only. Not only was I charged for something I did not receive or use but I needed that hand truck to move so I was forced to buy a hand truck to complete my moving process. Very disappointing.

The lady that helped us out was awesome. I don't know how that tiny thing could haul that dolly around like she did, because I could barely lift the thing, LOL. Great location.

Uhaul app needs improvement. I was at the actual location but the app's GPS locator said that I wasn't. Also took photo of mileage on return and app would not let me continue to complete return.

Called ahead to ensure they would be open for rental return, was told either someone would be there or parking lot gate would be open. Neither was true. Also ended up being charged for an extra day beyond rental agreement because of return time despite explicitly asking to confirm that my projected arrival time would not incure that charge

Make sure this location is well equipped with more options to choose from. I was able to get what I reserved but it was the only truck there. If I needed something different, the location wouldn’t be able to help. But my experience was excellent.

The representative s "Open" light was on, but refused to answer the doorbell or Open the door. Yet, the vehicle was checked in at 1:20p, although, I arrived at 12:30p. The gas gage was incorrectly read. The area is in a dangerous location.

Since it was after hours, we needed to park it in this neighboring lot rather than the main uhaul lot. However it wasn't marked/lit very well. I would make it more clear.

Both the mileage was wrong and the amount of gas in the truck was wrong when I arrived.

I waited 45 minutes for the person to show up.The original A/T I was to take was damaged from a previous rental. The jack would not raise more than a few inches off the ground. It would have hit the ground while traveling.The tongue was bent to the left, it would have not been safe to tow from Florida to Pennsylvania. After a few moments and refusing it they finally let me take another trailer. Once loaded (with a 2010 Hyundai Accent) and on the highway the brakes did not seem to apply very well. The ratchet straps did not lock tight, I had to stop frequently to re tighten them and I added a ratchet strap to the car to help.Overall I’m not happy with the poor condition of the A/T
