Picking up the rental went smoothly, but when I dropped it off the milage online did not come close to matching what was on the dashboard. I was unable to finish the return procedure, but put in a help request through uhaul and dropped off the keys. I got a receipt saying I was charged for a cleaning fee, even though I did sweep the trailer/ did not leave any trash or belongings behind. I was also charged for over 200 miles, when my milage was actually 19 miles. I don't understand why or how that could happen, and why someone would be okay with not being honest in a situation like this.ASHLYN M.

The truck sounded like the exhaust was cut off right below the cab. I couldn't drive it without having the windows open because of the exhaust. The box was full of trash I had to clean out before I could use it and the furniture dolly was rolling around so I had to put it back and get a zip tie to keep it in place. The store smelled like marijuana and they were burning incense to cover it up. Overall not the experience I expect from U-haul.Joshua S.

The location was great but the equipment needed work. I was very loud and some exhaust smell came in the cabin at times. Most uncomfortable ride I have had with my many rentals with uhaul. Also, the transmission needed work. The automatic shifting was very roughRebecca M.
This was not my reserved pick up location. It took me an extra 40 minutes to drive to this location and overall an hour and 45 minutes from my storage unit. This added time pushed into my moving crews paid time and I had to pay for their extra time as well as the additional gas for the truck not bring in the right, reserved location. Very inconvenient on my tight time frame and additional costs that are unacceptable.Jack B.

The truck had scratches and scuff marks all over it and the pictures that were provided at time of pickup to be reviewed made it look like a brand new box truck. The truck was so loud when I drove it I could not even talk on my â€œhands free ear budsâ€ or hear the radio for that matter. When I got to my location to load the truck and opened the door there was trash and broken glass in the truck. After I turned the truck in- â€œin the same condition in which I received it they charged me a twenty five cleaning fee.Mitchell G.

The reservation system needs attention. Our reservation was assigned to a location that was closed when we were scheduled to pick up. This was very inconvenient and caused significant delays to our plans for the equipment. We are very unsatisfied with this situation. However once we were assigned to an open location, the owner there was very helpful.Damon H.

When a reservation is made for moving help, the movers should actually show up and communicate more than once every 3 hours. I wasted my entire day, and my truck rental, because the movers gave me the runaround all day long, telling 3 different stories, and eventually didn't show up at all, so I had to return the truck without having actually done ANY of my move.Adam E.

Location wasn't open, as advertised. Apparently, the owner lives next door, but never came out, until I had already completed my drop-off, by myself, and was leaving the premise. I specifically waited until Tuesday, to drop off the truck, because they weren't listed as open on Mondays. I loved this location and I first had to call because my drop off location was also changed. This location is 5 minutes away from my new home, and the location they chose originally was 25 minutes away. My partner called customer service and was greeted by an extremely rude woman and she hung up on my partner. My partner and I did not want to drive 25 minutes into an unsafe location to drop off my uhaul since this was not the uhaul we originally chose. After it was fixed, I was very pleased with this drop off location.Ashlan V.
I feel you were unfair in making me pay a fuel surcharge when I delivered the truck back with more fuel than what I was given. This will be something I will relay to all friends and family. Beware of uhaul, they will get their pound of flesh.Andrew B.

This Location was very friendly and very quick at getting us in a uhaul. We set up online for keyless and when arriving the website was moving so slow and would not let us check in keep kicking us off saying we aren't in the correct location. The gentleman running the uhaul helped us out and got us on the road. Uhaul needs to work on their website it sucks not the shops fault. Thank you so much Sick with it Prints great workCamie H.

I brought the truck back with a half tank of gas. It was only supposed to be at a 1/4. The gentleman at the desk said he would try and refund me some money but he didn't. I went over my miles just because I had to drive to BFE to get the truck. This place is ok. Your reservation system sucks, calling me the day before sucks, they gave me extra miles but not enough. Shelby, or Madison may have been her name, in customer service needs a raise and a promotion.Bret H.

Had to drive to a different location to pick up the furniture dolly. Did not have enough furniture blankets, rude on the phone, didn't answer the phone professionally. Don't guarantee equipment unless you are certain it will be there, ie vehicle transport and dolly. Uhaul is a JOKETYLER F.
