elizabeth bI should have asked what the mileage rate was at the time of rental to save the shock of 99 cents a mile.
William CIt was raining, and the windshield wipers didn’t work. It was incredibly dangerous, and I was horrified by the experience. When I told the man working about it, he said huh yeah, I’ll have to look at that. That was the only thing that was done about the matter.

Yogesh WOnline process was very good and attendant was helpful. Attendant had heavy accent and initially provided wrong dolly. Attendant could have better informed me about which of many serial numbers on the truck to look for, or perhaps point me to the right truck. All minor issues.

Ronald GReturning the Uhaul was complicated as the correspondent was rude and very impatient. They never left the register so getting the extra equipment was done personally. Poor customer service.

farhan hThe workers at the gas station were very difficult upon giving the keys. Along with the mirrors not working on the van. I had to move them manually and it still was not working. Not to mention the mileage price.

Scott EWe like to do business with local businesses, and this Uhaul is in our neighborhood. We got the vehicle we needed, and it was an easy process. The staff were personable and made the process go smoothly. We will use them again and recommend the BP gas station and Uhaul truck services.

Bill GThe cabin was dirty and glue (probably soft drink) , there was an empty bag of snacks behind the driver seat. The trunk box was really dusty and I had to sweep before my move. I ordered 12 furniture pads, however I got 11. They were not in the trunk and I had to go back and ask for them, and even with this it came missing 1 and I realized only during the move. Fuel tank was 1/4. Trunk was very old. Even running the process using the app, the process to pick up the keys was very slow and confusing, because the guy had to check basically everything again. It was not a good experience.

KRISTY OI received the truck with a low tire. It is annoying to have to fix that by yourself on the day you are moving and if you ask for the truck to be brought back at certain time. Also I paid I think for 12 pads and I got one bag with 6, I just realized of that when I got home and open the bag. Everything else was perfect.
Marco PThis was the second location uhaul sent me to that morning to obtain a vehicle. At the first, the check engine light was on but they did not have any other trucks to rent out. Over all process took over 1 1/2 hours just to get a truck. One way rentals need to be better managed by uhaul.

SENTHILMURUGAN Reverything was ok until i got home and couldn't open the door in the back and i had to drive all the way back for them to open the back door. i was so irritated cause they charged by the miles and i didn't get conversate for that
Kenya PSame guy runs the gas station as the U-Haul business. Not all that helpful in getting the trailer hitched as I’ve never done that before.

Tanay RThe process for renting the truck wasn’t as easy as the description made it seem. It was a lengthy process. Also, when we got to the verification process it was horrible. The additional contact I put for verification didn’t receive calls. Went through that process several times. At one point someone from UPS called then hung up. This happened several times. I had to call customer service for assistance. The process took about 30 min or so and I was under the impression that it should have been a quicker process
Ferez ATruck was pretty dirty. The cab smelled like a locker room. The back had not been swept out in some time, had charcoal on the ground as well as nuts and bolts. Not the greatest having to clean before packing.

Richard TUhaul changed my pick up location 1 hour before pick up time. They made me travel 10 miles farther than my closer location making ME pay gas and MILAGE to relocate THEIR equipment on my flipping dime. I was furious! An hour before a scheduled move. U haul stinks!!!

Wojciech SCommunication was very poor. I reserved a fifteen foot truck originally for a full day as sales person was trying to get me the cheapest deal. Only thing cheap was the mileage going from .99 to .40 which I think was a lie. So I called uhaul the next afternoon wanting to modify as it was cheaper to reserve for five hours . Nobody called me at 6 to to talk to me about reservation. So I call 1800 number and was on hold for an hour and a half with nobody ever answering as I called at 6. After a struggle I finally got a hold of corporate and was able to modify. She never told me location would be change. So I got to bp at 11 as that was time I was supposed to pick. The location changed due to go hourly. Luckily they had a 10 foot truck so took that. Then a half hour later after the fact I get an email about new location. I also got a text saying they were going to contact me about reservation. The only time I received a phone call was at 530. If place communicated well it would been a good experience. Will propably go with Penske next time!! The pick up location was top notch as guy gave me 8 hours instead of 5.
Daniel MGas tank was lower than indicated on contract. I returned it with requested gas levels per contract. But still was charged for gas!! No examined exterior of vehicle before pick up with me or after return.
JOSEPHINE CI LOVE this location. Everything is always on point. So acccommodating and customer friendly. I have rented from them several times and I will never rent from another location. I am a happy customer!!

HARIKISHORREDDY CHonestly I won't recommend this location because one it was hard to understand the people renting from there. Also I didn't get a paper copy of the rental agreement to keep in the truck like all the other locations I have rented from. Also I have no clue what the final cost is because they charged me the original amount when I was actually under the milage I estimated. Please review this location to see if they are working with your policies or if they are just making it up on their own.
HEATHER JVehicle is not at all maintained properly. It was completely covered by min 3 to 4 inches of snow including windshield. I couldn't even open door due to frozen ice. I was removed the ice using my hand only. I never expect his from uhaul. Also, vehicle was not having pressure in the tires.
SENTHILMURUGAN RDoor was frozen shut, truck had a check engine light. Parking lot was not salted.
FELIX RCustomer Service was AMAZING!! Only thing I can recommend is that you offer a lock or pad lock to lock the back for customers who want to leave items on the truck.
