I was told one price which was 140$ total. I originally wanted to drop the uhaul where I was going , but the uhaul guy insisted I bring it back. In return he wouldn't charge me â€œfull mileage priceâ€. I paid with my Prepaid bank of America's Card. He told me it wouldn't expect it. I then used my Wells Fargo card. Which was charged also! My prepaid card went through for the 140. The money was kept. When I returned the uhaul he stated he would take off the dolly and any extra charge for me returning the uhaul . I'm sure I wasn't so that's not what I care about I care about being charged twice and contacting him & customer service and still received no explanation to why this man charged BOTH my cards!!!!Ratisha A.

I wasn't happy about the change in pick up location. It was a bit out of the way. The facility is a bit grungy and not in a good neighborhood. With that said, the employees were freaking amazing!! They were so sweet and helpful. Very professional and on top of their job.Susan T.
The workers at this location can start by introducing themselves as employees, one was friendly but didn't look at clean another was just rude â€œ he claimed he was the ownerâ€ . I had to wait about 5 minutes for vehicle to be cleaned when I picked it up. I will never use this uhaul location again. Plus, the area is very sketchy.LASHONDA S.

I ordered a 26 foot truck on reservation no truck available they were able to give me a 15 footer at the last minute overcharged me said he was giving me insurance for free ended up charging me charge me for too many blankets that I never used overall bad service not pleased with U-HaulRandy H.

Upon dropping off the 10' truck I rented, I was assured that all of my information would be accounted for. Unfortunately, I received a call the next day stating that I was late in returning the truck and asked if I needed more time. Confused, I called. Thankfully, I was not charged. Timely input of data so as to reduce errors, would be most helpful. Overall, my experience with U-Haul was quite successful. ¡Gracias!Genea B.
