jarrod tThis place is usually quite good at everything and the rentals are always clean and running great. Unfortunately around April 6th, I experienced a complete meltdown of the Corporate computers at this facility and felt bad for the person at the store. They tried everything but, the person in charge at Shoppers supply was completely blindsided by the computers not taking any of my information, Credit Card, Drivers lisc. etc. The Arizona manager was called and had to put in my information in a different method than the facility was doing and finally after several hours it did supposedly go through. . After I was on the road, got a call from another person at the facility to give him my information once again. I understood what this person was going through and gladly gave the information. I have had this happen at another U haul facility last year and did not say anything. I also have given the shoppers facility in Apache Junction a great rating but, I give U-haul corporation a below average to poor rating for this preventable computer issue. The U-Haul corporation must get their headquarter computers running correctly.

David CJim helped me and was the best Uhaul person I've ever dealt with in the 30 years I've been using Uhaul. If Penske ever found out about him I'm sure they would steal him away. He is nice, knowledgeable and positive. Just the kind of person you want to deal with before you embark on a 2000 mile trip.

Gary RReserved your small trailer on-line. Went to town and picked it up. The Customer Service man was great, got the paper work done, showed us which trailer and ensured we were hitched properly! Trailer pulled easily. Very nice experience. Thank you!
Micheal MThis location is inside a store, one person running it and hooking up peoples cars to pull trailers. Long wait to check in a vechicle. To make the process faster, take picture of the mileage before walking in. to get it closed up correctly and have your paperwork to cross check accounts.
RACHEL MJim, the U-Haul representative was awesome. The tires on the trailer had an eight PSI differential which is enough to create a circumference differential and could have made the trailer wagtail down the road. This is out of Jim's control. Other than that, everything went fine. Thank you for the opportunity to share.

kimberly CNever ever let Jimmy go... He went above and beyond to ensure that I made it out of there with a truck even though they had all the gas siphoned out of them the night before.. His attitude when hit with something so unexpected was on point,,, his willingness to think outside the box to come to a solution and the Shoppers store manager that assisted him was a team work that is rarely seen in this day and age.... GREAT JOB... saved my day.. I'll never go anywhere else to rent a U-Haul ever!

Joanna FThe app wouldn’t work at this location poor signal area. Had to go inside to ask for the WiFi and was told that U-Haul closed at 7pm and wouldn’t be able to rent out on the system. Luckily there’s a cool guy working there that went above and beyond to get me in a truck he deserves a raise truly helps out a customer. Canceled my original reservation since I was told it was never even set up for me. Fail. So if you want a u haul don’t use the app here just go inside before they close.

Frank MI had a 10' truck, the cabin was cleaned, but the load area had some blue flakes that turned into a fine powder when touched and they stained my items, luckily my furniture was shrink-wrapped so it didn't damage my items, but someone should clean the load compartment before renting it out again. There were also non-u-haul 2 blankets left in the truck and messily tossed in a pile full of the blue stuff.
Alena SI would recommend making sure all lights worked properly and the license plate is securely attached. Trailer was dirty but did not stop the performance of the car hauler.
