I prepaid, with insurance and did the online check in/register to avoid d3lays. We drove half a day to get there at appointed 10am, and office was closed. With the help of a storage tenant, we finally WOKE UP a "manager" (30 minutes later!) who was sleeping in a room behind the office, wearing a see through undershirt and looking hungover. Then we had an issue where she insisted I hadn't paid and need to run through the whole process to rent. Eventually she found my reservation. Horrible service!
