Charged me for gas. I filled up a 1/4 mile from the location.

Only thing I would suggest is more details to customers about the process of how to pick up the truck and return truck. I didn't know about the photos. I got the link about before you start which was helpful. But on return I was told just to drop key in box. My gut said don't do that. I called the main number and very nice last walked me through it. Also always take your own photos and videos.

I wanted a smaller truck. The guy already had the truck hooked up to the flatbed and wouldn't give me a smaller truck and charged me for more time when I only needed a day. Customer service sucked!!!
