The lady at ship a lot was extremely rude and then accused us of not cleaning the truck after use. We had it 5 hours. It came dirty and empty on gas. HORRIBLE SERVICE BY THIS LADY

Nothing was wrong with the Danville VA. pickup location. They were very helpful. However, they were the 3rd location we were assigned. The Christensberg VA location was changed to Roanoke VA. without our being notified and the staff there was excessively rude. Then the Roanoke location did not have a 10 ft. truck available. This all happened the day before our move after we booked over a month in advance. This was terribly stressful.

Small parking area and only one staff member. To improve for future customers, work out parking on larger side of parking lot, and provide support for the staff member at this location in case customer needs help parking,etc. This location should receive support from Riverside Uhaul in such cases.

Never a live person there for help, and if I would have waited for a Uhaul representative to call me this past Friday I would have never gotten a truck to move. This was my worst experience with Uhaul.

Very disappointed with the smartphone app used to return the vehicle. For nearly an hour, I tried to finish the process only to be frustrated because the required photo upload kept stalling. Then when I tried calling UHaul customer service, I was put on hold . I didn't feel like taking up any more of my time with the issue so I just hung up and put the vehicle key in the drop slot.
