No one was there to talk to or ask important questions, had bother the car washing team to ask them when or if anyone will be coming to get the key and the U-Haul, had to make several calls in order to reach someone, wasted valuable time I could be moving in to get any satisfaction,(little as it was), website told to go not very user friendly, when finally get the information to get the key took extra several minutes to even get the lock open. NO if I ever have to move again (I pray to God I don't) with God's help I'll drive to Frankfort KY and get professional movers. Period!

Carolyn HallI went online to reserve a 6 x 12 trailer. When I got to the pick up location, it was not available, even though I had reserved it. I waited 20 minutes to even be told they don’t know what happened but that they had a smaller one. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes to reserve that one. I rented it for one way and online 2 days was included in the reservation. In person they had to charge me for the 2nd day. They also put it in as one way but the drop off location was where I was picking it up. So after leaving I had to call and get that changed. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

Robert BurnsThe staff at this location was unprofessional, said horrible things about the U-Haul name and had no knowledge of the equipment they rent. Took over an hour to pick up the trailer and the return process was even worse. None of the employees knew how to return the trailer and spent more time hanging on each other then they spent trying to help me. Again it took FOREVER to return the trailer just to find out they never returned it in the system. Made numerous calls to the location to either never get anybody to answer or to be told not to worry about it. Called 1-800-GO-U-HAUL to be either be transferred to the location or told the district manager would call me back, but again NEVER heard back from ANYONE! It took them 9 DAYS to return the trailer in the system and have weird charges on my account. Maybe the location has a right to be fed up with U-HAUL because their support and customer service are HORRIBLE!!! This entire experience was gut-wrenching and I will NEVER EVER rent from U-HAUL again!!! I will not support a company who can't even take the time to help a customer that is spending their money with them!!!!
David EdwardsHave the U-Haul on site of the business, ensure they actually acknowledge the customer, ensure they tighten the trailer down because the employee didn't and the trailer came off my SUV, went under my SUV with my two year old son in the vehicle. I got whiplash, he sustained two cuts on his chest from the car seat belts.

I requested a ball hitch with online and they did not have one. Had to go and buy one at a store. While I was gone a person called me and told me they had to leave and for me to take pictures of the trailer and text them the pictures. Did not help with hook up or anything
