This location opened 5 minutes late. In addition, the worker there did not have the computer ready to let me check out the equipment. After this, there was not anyone that could help me hitch the trailer up to my pickup. No one arrived for over 40 min until finally I figured out a way to get enough leverage to lift the trailer by myself.

Customer service was awful at this authorized location. The truck ran fine but was left dirty with sticky drinks being spilled from previous renters around the cup holders.

This location looks like you’re just dropping the equipment off in a field. We went to turn in the keys (not after business hours either) and the office was locked. We had to wander around the property and found a group of older gentleman standing behind a fence next door and one of them said that we could leave the keys and they would turn the truck in. It seemed very sketchy so much so I called to verify that it was legit and to let them know we had left the keys with a man who claimed to work for UHAUL but we had no way to verify that. The field we left the UHAUL in was all muddy but thankfully I wasn’t charged for that. I wouldn’t recommend this location. The man we left the keys with was very nice but the whole set up and situation at the drop off location seemed unsettling.

The back if the truck was dirty. The gas in the vehicle was a quarter less than what it said on the contract. Advise a walk through with the customer before giving the key and signing the contract.

Paperwork had a clerical error causing a slight overcharge in mileage. The owner rapidly apologized and refunded the difference, I would definitely recommend his services.

The staff was asked to help us connect the tow dolly and to tell us how 2 get the car on the tow dolly. Because of their poor instructions this caused an incident where now the car has a hole in the front fender. The instructions that were given to us were wrong and the staff did not take responsibility for their error. The manager at the location assured us prior to the connecting of the dolly in the car that his staff were well experienced and knowledgeable. I will never use this location again. They refused to hold themselves accountable.

The office was closed and we had to leave the trailer not knowing if it would be safe or not. We were told the office would be opened later than 5:30 p.m. that was posted on the door. Really didn't like the charge for an extra day because it started with the lack of service help in Tulsa, we were penalized.

I got charged three different times when i rented it in town for one day and probably returned it 45 minutes later. I noticed extra charges on my account and he just sent me to uhaul customer service where i couldnt get anyone to answer.

It took about 45 minutes to get the paperwork done. Then I had a $100 hold plus the cost of the estimated rental. The owner was rude telling me he understands I'm hurting for money but there's nothing he could do. Not necessary, my money was on hold because of their mistake and no apology until other customers came in.

There was an old guy trying to check me out when I arrived. It took him forever to get into the computer and print out paperwork for me to sign. A 10 minute process took almost 30 minutes.

Location had limited hours Truck was dirty, trash and items left in the cab and a dolly and blankets were left in the back. There were numerous problems with the truck itself. The contract was not explained to me nor was I told about who to contact if an emergency arose. I would not recommend this location.

They need to do a better job counting the blankets they charged for 6 and I only had 5. Also cab of vehicle had unpleasant Oder I used fabreeze to air it out

This was an assigned location because our original location of choice was changed because they did not have the equipment we needed. This location did not have the equipment we needed either, they only had 6 furniture pads (all of which were covered in grass and sticker burs. We were unable to pack our furniture tight enough in the truck due to lack of furniture pads and had to drive 20 miles to the uhaul center in Wichita Falls to get a dozen more pads.

Uhaul was dirty when we picked it up, empty water bottles and a broken swiffer was in the pack. The tow dolly had a light that didn't work. After getting off the phone with the owner he was rude about fixing it and offered no compensation. After we took it back to get fixed the light ended up falling out while driving on the highway. So we had to take the uhaul back again to get the light put back in the trailer. The owner of the store also didn't want to give me my military discount because I didn't have orders in hand. I asked my wife to drive back to the house to get them. Soon as I told them I asked my wife to go get them they gave me my discount.

The personell were extremely helpful, loaning me a 4-plug adaptor for the trailer lights so I could get on the road. Thanks!

The guy that was working at the location was not friendly. He barely said 10 words the entire I was in his shop. The uHaul was dirty, I had to sweep out the dirt before I could use it. There were furniture pads thrown about the trailer when I picked it up, which I did not use these, but was charged the use of and for the dolly, that we did not use. The dolly was poorly secured in trailer. When it was time to return the truck, no one was there to assist with checking it back in. I had to drop the keys in a box and wait to have a receipt emailed to me. A receipt that is incorrect. I called the number given to me, to have someone meet me there to return the truck, multiple times with no answer. I am very unhappy with the service I received at this location.

Truck was horrible. Needed service, made crazy noises and was a nightmare to steer. I drove no faster than 50 on the highway and maintained 20-30 in town. My daughter asked if we were going to break down on the way to the house with a full load. The driver's door wouldn't open from the inside. I've used U-Haul for many years and this is the worst experience so far.

The guy that answered the phone was completely unhelpful. He was even less helpful when I showed up to pick up my tow dolly. He was rude and and completely unknowledgeable about renting a uhaul. He gave me false information that ended up costing me an extra $50 in the end. When I called Uhaul customer service to try and get clarification and also to correct the misinformation, they stated there was nothing they could do because it was already "in the machine". What the heck does that mean!!?? To add to my experience, midway through my trip the strap tie down bracket failed and I almost lost my car. At the end of the trip no one cared that I had to stop my trip midway because I had to unload everything, find a uhaul dealer, and swap out my dolly. No, they were to busy trying to charge me an extra $20 because I dropped it off 10 minutes late (the clerk later deleted the charge). Honestly, I'd rather spend time in a Mexican prison than deal with Uhaul ever again. The problem is that they are too big to care about the customer or their equipment. They know they have a monopoly and that people have no choice when it comes to moving equipment. Hence the reason I've used them 3 times and have had similar stories every time. I guess I'm a sucker.

The person at this location was very difficult to communicate with. He seemed to think my questions were trivial and seemed annoyed to answer them. When he did answer them, it took lots of follow-up from me to actually understand the situation. Also, I had to wait 45 minutes because the truck for me did not have any fuel in it.
